杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区是1997年7月经党中央、国务院批准设立的首个国家级农业高新技术产业示范区。杨凌示范区是我国目前唯一的农业特色鲜明的自贸片区和综合保税区，也是上合组织农业技术交流培训示范基地所在地、中国四大科技展会之一“杨凌农高会”的举办地。示范区肩负着推动干旱半干旱地区农业现代化的国家使命。

Approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council in July 1997, the Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone is the first national-level agricultural high-tech industries demonstration zone in China.It is currently China’s only free trade zone and comprehensive bonded zone with distinctive agricultural characteristics, and serves as the seat of the SCO Demonstration Base for Agricultural Technology Exchange and Training, as well as the host city of the “China Yangling Agricultural High-tech Fair,” one of China’s four major science and technology exhibitions. The Demonstration Zone is entrusted with the national mission of driving the modernization of agriculture in arid and semi-arid regions.

2026年4月，4吨来自陕西的油菜种子横跨3000多公里，在哈萨克斯坦北部广袤的黑土地上生根发芽，这是陕西商品油菜种子首次出口中亚。

In April 2026, four tonnes of rapeseed seeds from Shaanxi traveled more than 3,000 kilometers and took root in the vast black soil of northern Kazakhstan—marking the first export of commercial rapeseed seeds from Shaanxi to Central Asia.

此前，杨凌国合现代农业技术转移转化有限公司已在哈北部开展品种对比试验，引进品种相较当地传统品种增产32%至51%，千粒重、蛋白质含量等核心品质指标全面占优。

Earlier, Yangling Guohe Modern Agricultural Technology Transfer and Transformation Co., Ltd. had conducted variety comparison trials in northern Kazakhstan; the introduced varieties increased yields by 32% to 51% over local traditional varieties and fully outperformed them in key quality indicators such as thousand-seed weight and protein content.

上合组织农业基地经贸投资促进中心海外园区办主任马永清介绍：“去年，我们在哈萨克斯坦开展了8个油菜新品种的种植试验，试验数据显示，这些品种的油菜增产幅度达32%至51%。”

Ma Yongqing, director of the Overseas Parks Office at the Economic and Trade Investment Promotion Center of the SCO Agricultural Base, said: “Last year, we carried out planting trials of eight new rapeseed varieties in Kazakhstan. The trial data showed that these varieties increased rapeseed yields by 32% to 51%.”

Thanks to their consistently excellent field performance, the first batch of Shaanxi’s commercial rapeseed seeds cleared the “last mile” from experimental plots to commercial promotion.

2025年5月，杨凌现代农业国际合作集团有限公司与宝鸡海升现代农业有限公司抱团合作，在吉尔吉斯斯坦楚河州建成50亩标准化苹果示范园，把自主选育的优质苹果苗木和矮化密植栽培技术推出国门；今年年初，宝鸡海升又在杨凌建成30余亩矮化砧木繁育基地，培育组培苗木约9万株，全部供给吉方农业项目。

In May 2025, Yangling Modern Agriculture International Cooperation Group Co., Ltd. and Baoji Haisheng Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd. joined forces to establish a 50-mu (about 3.33-hectare) standardized apple demonstration orchard in Chuy Oblast, Kyrgyzstan, bringing independently bred high-quality apple seedlings and dwarfing and high-density planting techniques abroad; earlier this year, Baoji Haisheng also built a dwarfing rootstock nursery of more than 30 mu (about 2 hectares) in Yangling, producing around 90,000 tissue-cultured seedlings, all supplied to Kyrgyz agricultural projects.

七年来，上合组织农业基地先后在乌兹别克斯坦、哈萨克斯坦等国建设11个农业科技园区，联合开展110余项技术示范：苹果矮砧密植技术帮助楚河州苹果亩均增产300公斤，在白俄罗斯培育的小麦品种“西农198”亩均增产33.31%，在哈萨克斯坦选育的小麦品种最高增产60.51%。

Over the past seven years, the SCO Agricultural Base has built 11 agricultural science and technology parks in countries including Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, and jointly carried out more than 110 technology demonstration projects: apple dwarfing rootstock and high-density planting technology increased apple yields in Chuy Oblast by 4.5 tonnes per hectare (300 kg per mu); the wheat variety “Xinong 198” cultivated in Belarus increased yields by 33.31%; and wheat varieties developed in Kazakhstan achieved a maximum yield increase of 60.51%.

2026年6月11日，上海合作组织秘书长努尔兰·叶尔梅克巴耶夫到访杨凌示范区，实地参访上合组织农业基地。

On June 11, 2026, Nurlan Yermekbayev, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, visited Yangling Demonstration Zone and toured the SCO Agricultural Base.

他感慨道：“这里为上合组织国家农业合作作出了巨大贡献。”

He remarked: “This base has made a tremendous contribution toagricultural cooperation among SCO countries.”

截至目前，基地累计承办60余场国际交流活动，培训农业官员和技术骨干3000余人次，接纳留学生500余名，远程农技讲座累计观看超6万人次。

To date, the base has hosted over 60 international exchange events, trained more than 3,000 agricultural officials and technical personnel, received over 500 international students, and its remote agricultural technology lectures have attracted more than 60,000 views.

经贸合作同样提速。

Economic and trade cooperation has also accelerated.

2026年1至5月，杨凌国合跨境贸易有限公司进出口贸易额达2.55亿元，同比增长122%，依托中欧、中亚班列累计发运1525标箱，货值5亿元。

From January to May 2026, Yangling Guohe Cross-border Trade Co., Ltd. recorded an import and export trade volume of RMB 255 million, up 122% year on year; leveraging China-Europe and Central Asia freight trains, it shipped 1,525 TEUs with a total cargo value of RMB 500 million.

一粒种子，正把杨凌与中亚的命运更紧密地连接在一起。

A single seed is binding the destinies of Yangling and Central Asia ever more closely.
