2026年6月12日上午，受海南省棒垒球协会邀请，海南省渔业协会一行共同到访海南师范大学足球学院，学院周忠林副院长热情接待，三方围绕联合党建、校企协作、体育事业发展、赛事联动、人才培养等内容开展深度交流座谈，并实地参观学院各类运动实训场地与体育设施。
座谈交流现场氛围热烈，三方立足自身发展实际，重点就联合党建工作展开深入研讨。各方一致认为，党建是引领事业发展的红色根基，协会与高校应以党建共建为核心纽带，搭建常态化党建交流平台。同时大家对学校在已有体育学院的前提下，专门设立独立的足球学院表示高度赞赏，认为是从中央到地方高度重视足球事业发展的生动体现，也彰显了校方深耕足球领域、培育专业人才的决心。各方提出，将通过开展联合主题党日、党员互学互访、党建经验分享、志愿服务联动等活动，强化党组织建设，凝聚党员力量，以高质量党建引领业务深度合作。
随后在周忠林副院长的陪同下，来访人员先后走进高尔夫挥杆技术实训室，观摩学生日常实训课程，细致了解数据化、智能化的现代运动训练模式。随后一行人实地考察综合足球场建设项目基地，详细查看场地规划、硬件配套、草坪维护、排水系统等情况，并围绕场地运维、赛事承办、日常训练管理等工作交流经验做法。来访人员对学院完善的场地硬件设施、科学合理的场地规划设计给予高度认可。
此次三方交流座谈，以联合党建为切入点，进一步密切了协会与高校的联系，清晰划定了后续合作框架与推进方向。下一步，海南省渔业协会、海南省棒垒球协会将与海南师范大学足球学院建立常态化沟通机制，稳步推进联合党建、文体赛事、人才培养等各项工作落地落实。三方将持续深化党建引领作用，充分发挥各自资源优势，深挖合作潜力，携手以党建聚合力、以体育促发展，共同助力海南体育事业与地方行业协同发展再上新台阶。
Hainan Fisheries Association Invited to Participate in an Exchange Symposium at the Football College of Hainan Normal University, Jointly Promoting the Integrated Development of Party Building and Professional Work
On the morning of June 12, 2026, at the invitation of the Hainan Baseball and Softball Association, a delegation from the Hainan Fisheries Association jointly visited the Football College of Hainan Normal University. Vice Dean, Zhou Zhonglin of the College warmly received the visitors. The three parties held in-depth exchanges and discussions on joint party building, university-enterprise cooperation, the development of sports undertakings, event coordination, talent cultivation, and other related topics. They also conducted an on-site visit to various sports training venues and sports facilities of the College.
The atmosphere at the symposium was warm and active. Based on their respective development realities, the three parties focused on conducting in-depth discussions on joint Party building work. All parties agreed that Party building is the red foundation that guides the development of all undertakings, and that associations and universities should take joint Party building as the core link to establish a normalized platform for party building exchanges. At the same time, everyone highly praised the University for establishing an independent football College on the basis of its existing sports college. They believed that this is a vivid reflection of the high importance attached to the development of football from the central government to local levels, and also demonstrates the University’s determination to deeply cultivate the field of football and train professional talents. All parties proposed that, through activities such as joint themed Party Day events, mutual learning and visits among Party members, sharing of Party building experience, and linked volunteer services, they would strengthen party organization development, gather the strength of Party members, and use high-quality Party building to lead in-depth business cooperation.
Afterwards, accompanied by Vice Dean Zhou Zhonglin, the visiting delegation successively entered the golf swing technique training room, observed students’ daily practical training courses, and gained a detailed understanding of the data-based and intelligent modern sports training model. The delegation then conducted an on-site inspection of the comprehensive football field construction project base, carefully reviewing the site planning, hardware supporting facilities, turf maintenance, drainage system, and other aspects. They also exchanged experiences and practices regarding venue operation and maintenance, event hosting, daily training management, and related work. The visiting delegation highly recognized the college’s complete venue hardware facilities and its scientific and reasonable venue planning and design.
This tripartite exchange symposium, taking joint party building as the starting point, further strengthened the connection between the associations and the university, and clearly defined the framework and direction for subsequent cooperation. In the next step, the Hainan Fisheries Association and the Hainan Provincial Baseball and Softball Association will establish a normalized communication mechanism with the Football College of Hainan Normal University, and steadily promote the implementation of joint Party building, cultural and sports events, talent cultivation, and other work. The three parties will continue to deepen the guiding role of party building, fully leverage their respective resource advantages, further explore cooperation potential, and work together to build cohesion through Party building and promote development through sports, jointly helping Hainan’s sports undertakings and local industry coordination reach a new level.
