巴基斯坦高等教育委员会（HEC）宣布，已有885名巴基斯坦农业专业人才在中国顶尖高校完成高级培训，并以骨干培训师身份回国，助力本国农业领域现代化转型。
这批参训人员在人工智能农业、无人机技术、良种培育、水资源管理系统等领域接受了系统强化培训。巴高等教育委员会表示，这些专业人才将有力提升全国农业生产力与粮食安全水平。
该项目是巴基斯坦总理能力建设计划的一部分，旨在加强关键经济领域的人力资源开发，同时构建中巴院校间长期学术与科研合作纽带。
农业是2025–2029年中巴行动计划的核心重点，双方在中巴经济走廊（CPEC）框架下，重点围绕作物种植、畜牧养殖、疫病防控、水产养殖、农产品加工、农业机械化、种子技术、滴灌技术及专家交流等领域开展合作。
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan announced that 885 Pakistani agricultural professionals have completed advanced training at top Chinese universities and returned as master trainers to modernize the country’s farming sector.
The selected cohort underwent rigorous training in areas including AI-driven agriculture, drone technology, advanced seed production, and water management systems. HEC emphasized that these professionals are now equipped to boost productivity and food security nationwide.
The initiative is part of the Prime Minister’s capacity-building program, aiming to strengthen human resource development in critical economic sectors. It also establishes long-term academic and research linkages between Pakistani and Chinese institutions.
Agriculture is a key focus of the 2025-2029 China-Pakistan Action Plan, prioritizing cooperation in crop cultivation, animal husbandry, disease prevention, aquaculture, agro-processing, mechanization, seed technology, drip irrigation, and expert exchanges under the CPEC framework.
