子曰:“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”教学的目的不仅在于传授知识,更重要的是激发学生对学习的兴趣,使其乐在其中。内蒙古农业大学附属学校如意校区一期工程方案设计以“乐学大院+立体游园”为核心理念,打破传统校园空间模式,打造一个开放、共享、绿色的现代化教育建筑新标杆。

The purpose of teaching is not only to impart knowledge, but more importantly, to stimulate students' interest in learning and make them enjoy it. The design plan for the first phase of the Ruyi Campus of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Affiliated School has been officially unveiled!
基地位于呼和浩特市赛罕区东二环快速路以西、二纬街以北、满洲里路以东,东侧毗邻赛罕区民族中学,南侧、北侧为现状住宅区,西侧为建设中的住宅用地。现状地势平坦,周边居住生活片区成熟,交通便利。
The base is located to the west of the East Second Ring Expressway, to the north of Erwei Street and to the east of Manzhouli Road in Saihan District, Hohhot City. The current terrain is flat, the surrounding residential and living areas are mature, and the transportation is convenient.
▲如何通过精细化的总图布局、立体化的空间组织和人性化的流线设计,实现日照指标达标、功能高效复合、动线互不干扰的设计目标,成为项目的核心突破点。
基地呈方形,南侧与西侧临路,项目建设用地面积40658.51㎡,一期规划总建筑面积25000㎡,容积率为0.61。学校拟建48班小学部和24班初中部,采用小班制,小学部可容纳1920名学生,初中部可容纳1080名学生。
The project's construction land area is 40,658.51 square meters. The total planned construction area for the first phase is 25,000 square meters, with a plot ratio of 0.61. The primary school department can accommodate 1,920 students, and the junior high school department can accommodate 1,080 students.
传统的学校空间以教学为主,各类活动空间围绕教学展开,而本次设计我们提出“乐学大院+立体游园”的设计理念,以大院学校空间模式为依托,打破传统学校“教室+廊子”的单一平面围合形式,在室内外多维度拓展出满足当代学生的活动场所。让教学空间围绕活动空间布置,形成“学院”围绕“乐园”的校园空间模式,激发学生学习兴趣,实现教育资源的高效共享。
The traditional school space is mainly for teaching, with various activity Spaces centered around teaching. However, for this design, we propose the design concept of "Happy Learning Courtyard + Three-dimensional Garden Tour". It breaks the traditional single plane enclosure form of "classroom + corridor" in schools and expands more activity places both indoors and outdoors as well as in different dimensions. forming a campus space where the "college" surrounds the "paradise", which stimulates students' interest in learning and realizes the efficient sharing of educational resources.

校园形成 "西教东体" 的科学合理空间格局。教学楼整体设置于场地西侧,便于就近在项目用地西侧和南侧临城市道路组织出入口。场地东侧设置300m标准操场,并预留二期宿舍、食堂、车库等建设用地。学校建筑整体呈回字形布局,北楼为小学部,南楼为初中部;高低年级相对独立分区,实现教学管理的差异化需求。
The functional layout of the campus is scientific and reasonable, forming a spatial pattern of "teaching in the west and body in the east". The west and south sides of the project site are adjacent to urban roads. A 300-meter standard playground will be set up on the east side of the site, The school is laid out in a square shape as a whole.

项目计划分两期进行建设,一期建设小学部教学楼、初中部教学楼及图书阅览兼报告厅部分;二期建设宿舍楼、地下食堂及车库。校园内采用人车分流的设计。机动车沿外围形成环通。小学部、初中部主入口分置与场地两侧并通过主入口广场快速便捷的到达各功能组团的建筑内部。结合入口广场设置家长接送等候区及非机动车停放区,消防通道在校园内部并与建筑院落内部实现环通。
The campus adopts a design of separating pedestrians and vehicles. Fire and vehicle entrances and exits will be set up on the west side of Manzhouli Road and the south side of Erwei Road, and motor vehicles will form a loop along the periphery. The main entrance for the primary school section is located on Manzhouli Road on the west side of the site. The fire exit and entrance should be combined with the main entrance to achieve circular access within the campus and the building courtyards.
设计师用“围合”和“开放”来塑造校园的两个边界,用回廊阻隔外部的噪音干扰,面对内庭院界面,校园成为开放共享的文体中心,回廊出挑的灰空间塑造了行人友好的慢行体系。
We shape the two boundaries of the campus with "enclosure" and "openness", and use corridors to block external noise disturbances. Facing the inner courtyard interface, the campus becomes an open and shared cultural and sports center. The gray space with the corridors protruding out creates a friendly slow-moving system.
灵活的屋顶形式也反映在立面上,打破传统学校水平线条的刻板印象,塑造出更为活跃的建筑造型和错落有致的城市天际线。搭配学院风格砖红色涂料,与周边建筑相协调,彰显教育特色。
The flexible roof form is also reflected in the facade, breaking the stereotype of traditional horizontal lines in schools and creating a more dynamic architectural form and a well-arranged urban skyline. Matched with the college-style brick red paint, it harmonizes with the surrounding buildings and highlights the educational characteristics.
▲在现代校园设计中,如何才能满足不同场景下的学生活动使用需求?
设计师通过分析多场景下的学生行为活动,针对不同时长的活动需求,对应设计了屋顶阶梯平台、活力游廊与活力岛等活动场所。两个300米漫跑道服务于两个教学组团,黄色跑道贯穿小学部,蓝色跑道贯穿初中部。跑道串联起室内外,满足了学生课间的运动需求,也把常规的连廊交通空间赋予了新的功能。
By analyzing students' behavioral activities in multiple scenarios, and in response to the activity demands of different durations of ten minutes, twenty minutes and sixty minutes, we have designed activity venues such as rooftop step platforms, vitality corridors and vitality islands. Two 300-meter running tracks serve the two teaching clusters. The yellow track runs through the primary school section, and the blue track runs through the junior high school section. The running track connects the indoor and outdoor areas, meeting the students' exercise needs during breaks and endowing the conventional corridor traffic space with new functions.
连续的阶梯状屋顶平台与交通走廊相连,开放的屋顶平台打造学生的“第二课堂”场所,种植耐寒草本植物,成为自然观察与美术写生基地。
The continuous stepped roof platform is connected to the traffic corridor. The open roof platform creates a "second classroom" for students, where cold-resistant herbaceous plants are planted, making it a base for nature observation and art sketching.
教学大院的中心部分为圆形的图书阅览兼报告厅功能,报告厅屋顶设露天剧场,为学生提供展示的舞台;报告厅底部地面做下沉舞台,增加空间趣味性,促进学生互动。
The central part of the teaching compound is a circular area that serves both as a reading room and a lecture hall. The roof of the lecture hall is equipped with an open-air theater, providing a stage for students to showcase their talents. The floor at the bottom of the lecture hall is designed as a sunken stage to enhance the spatial interest and promote interaction among students.
在现代教育理念的指导下,设计师通过对校园空间的合理分配,编织出两个相交但不冲突的资源共享圈,真正实现乐学大院+立体游园的空间构想。本项目丰富的建筑空间形式将更好地承载全新的教学模式并激发学生的天性,将校园转化为开放的舞台,让每个孩子都成为人生主角。相信在不远的未来,内蒙古农业大学附属学校如意校区必将成为呼和浩特乃至全国现代校园的示范地、当代教育的先导区。
Under the guidance of modern educational concepts, the rich architectural space forms of this project will better carry the brand-new teaching mode, stimulate students' nature, and transform the campus into an open stage. Through the rational allocation of campus space, two intersecting but non-conflicting resource-sharing circles are woven, truly realizing the spatial concept of "Happy Learning Courtyard + Three-dimensional Garden Tour". The rich open space makes every child the protagonist. In the future, Ruyi Campus of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Affiliated School is bound to become a model area of modern campuses and a leading area of modern education in Hohhot and even across the country.
