海南省渔业协会党总支多名党员荣获海南省农业农村行业社会组织2024-2026年“两优一先”表彰

在行业党委统一培育与悉心指导下，海南省渔业协会党总支党建工作与产业服务深度融合，本次共有4名党员获评优秀共产党员、1名党员获评优秀党务工作者，这份荣誉是省农业农村行业党委对协会党建实干成效的充分认可。会上，省农业农村行业党委副书记、海南省渔业协会党总支书记钟英西宣读《关于表彰海南省农业农村行业社会组织2024-2026年优秀共产党员、优秀党务工作者和先进基层党组织的决定》，完整公布本次表彰名单；颁奖环节由省农业农村行业党委专职副书记王光福、副书记钟英西等共同为获奖代表颁发荣誉证书。大会安排三名先进代表现场发言，我会副秘书长苏文肖作为优秀共产党员代表，分享深入一线服务渔企、开展渔民公益帮扶、扶持青年渔业创业的实践事迹，生动展现渔业领域党员扎根基层、担当作为的先锋本色。

表彰仪式结束后，全体参会党员集体重温入党誓词，进一步淬炼党性修养，号召全体党员以先进典型为标杆，聚力服务海南自贸港渔业建设。随后，王光福书记讲授专题党课，围绕习近平总书记关于党的建设的重要思想，系统解读“十三个坚持”核心内涵，结合社会组织党建实际工作提出明确要求，强调要持续压紧全面从严治党责任，推动党组织下沉行业一线，做实纾困惠民、产业赋能各项工作，为各协会后续党建工作指明清晰路径。

下一步，海南省渔业协会党总支将第一时间组织全体党员传达学习本次大会精神与党课内容，以本次受表彰先进同志为榜样，严格对标省农业农村行业党委党建工作标准，持续深化党建引领渔业产业服务，扎实推进产业帮扶、渔民公益服务等工作，以实干实绩助力海南自贸港渔业高质量发展。

Several Party Members of the CPC General Branch of the Hainan Fisheries Association Received the 2024–2026 "Two Excellences and One Advanced" Commendation from the Social Organizations of Hainan Province's Agriculture and Rural Affairs Sector.

To further strengthen the Party-building leadership of social organizations in the agriculture and rural affairs sector, reinforce the responsibility for Party-building management across the industry, and establish exemplary Party members within social organizations, the CPC Hainan Province Agriculture and Rural Affairs Industry Committee solemnly convened the Social Organizations' 2024–2026 "Two Excellences and One Advanced" Commendation Conference on 3 July 2026. Over the years, the Hainan Province Agriculture and Rural Affairs Industry Party Committee has consistently coordinated and promoted the standardized development of Party organizations within associations under its jurisdiction, while regularly organizing Party spirit education, the selection and promotion of exemplary individuals, and thematic study activities. By empowering the development of agriculture-related industries through Party building, it has guided social organizations to take root at the grassroots level and serve the industry. At this conference, a number of Outstanding Communist Party Members, Outstanding Party Affairs Workers, and Advanced Primary Party Organizations with exceptional performance and remarkable achievements were collectively commended, further consolidating the collective strength of Party-led development among social organizations across the sector.

Under the unified cultivation and dedicated guidance of the Hainan Province Agriculture and Rural Affairs Industry Party Committee, the CPC General Branch of the Hainan Fisheries Association has achieved deep integration between Party building and industry services. This year, four Party members were recognized as Outstanding Communist Party Members, while one Party member was honored as an Outstanding Party Affairs Worker. These distinctions fully reflect the Hainan Province Agriculture and Rural Affairs Industry Party Committee's recognition of the Association's tangible achievements in Party building. During the conference, Zhong Yingxi, Deputy Secretary of the Hainan Province Agriculture and Rural Affairs Industry Party Committee and Secretary of the CPC General Branch of the Hainan Fisheries Association, read out the Decision on Commending the 2024–2026 Outstanding Communist Party Members, Outstanding Party Affairs Workers, and Advanced Primary Party Organizations of the Social Organizations in Hainan Province's Agriculture and Rural Affairs Sector, officially announcing the full list of commendation recipients. During the award presentation ceremony, Wang Guangfu, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Hainan Province Agriculture and Rural Affairs Industry Party Committee, together with Deputy Secretary Zhong Yingxi and other leaders, presented honorary certificates to the award recipients. The conference also featured speeches by three advanced representatives. Su Wenxiao, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association, spoke on behalf of the Outstanding Communist Party Members, sharing his experiences of serving fisheries enterprises at the grassroots level, carrying out public welfare assistance for fishermen, and supporting young entrepreneurs in the fisheries sector, vividly demonstrating the pioneering spirit and sense of responsibility of Party members dedicated to grassroots service within the fisheries industry.

Following the commendation ceremony, all Party members in attendance collectively reaffirmed the Party Membership Oath, further strengthening their Party spirit and calling on all Party members to take the advanced role models as benchmarks and unite their efforts in serving the development of Hainan Free Trade Port's fisheries sector. Subsequently, Secretary Wang Guangfu delivered a special Party lecture centered on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thought on Party building, providing a systematic interpretation of the core principles of the "Thirteen Upholds" and putting forward clear requirements in light of the practical work of Party building within social organizations. He emphasized the need to continuously strengthen responsibility for full and rigorous Party self-governance, promote Party organizations' deeper engagement at the industry's grassroots level, effectively implement initiatives that alleviate difficulties, benefit the public, and empower industrial development, and provide clear guidance for the future Party-building work of the various associations.

Moving forward, the CPC General Branch of the Hainan Fisheries Association will promptly organize all Party members to study and implement the spirit of the conference and the key content of the special Party lecture. Taking the commended individuals as role models, the Association will strictly align its work with the Party-building standards established by the Hainan Province Agriculture and Rural Affairs Industry Party Committee, continue to deepen the integration of Party building with fisheries industry services, steadily advance industrial support initiatives and public welfare services for fishermen, and contribute through concrete actions and tangible results to the high-quality development of Hainan Free Trade Port's fisheries sector.
