Recently, Hainan Haoyouduo Fisheries Development Co., Ltd., an executive council member unit of the Hainan Fisheries Association, has carried out a series of significant activities, including government–enterprise–university research and service initiatives and the signing of major projects. The Hainan Fisheries Association was deeply involved in coordinating, facilitating, and supporting these activities, fully leveraging its role as an industry bridge, a platform for resource integration, and a driver of sectoral development. Government–Enterprise Collaboration Delivers On-Site Services, with the Provincial Fisheries Association Coordinating Support to Advance Haoyouduo’s Smart Aquaculture Upgrade
2026年4月16日，省海洋厅党组书记、厅长李东屿带队，联合省海洋和渔业监察总队、广东海洋大学赴好又多渔业昌江基地开展“送政策、送技术、送服务”实地调研与座谈。海南省渔业协会参与本次活动的对接与服务工作，协助企业对接政府部门、高校科研资源，围绕大型智能网箱建设、石斑鱼全生命周期健康管理、活鱼保鲜技术等核心议题搭建沟通平台，助力企业破解产业发展痛点、明晰智能养殖升级路径，以协会行业服务力为执行会长单位筑牢产业发展支撑。
On April 16, 2026, Li Dongyu, Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Department of Ocean Affairs, led a delegation together with the Provincial Marine and Fisheries Inspection Corps and Guangdong Ocean University to conduct an on-site research visit and discussion at Haoyouduo Fisheries’ Changjiang base under the theme of “delivering policies, technologies, and services.” Hainan Fisheries Association participated in coordinating and supporting this activity, assisting the enterprise in connecting with government departments and university research resources. It also facilitated communication on key topics such as large-scale intelligent cage construction, full life-cycle health management of grouper, and live fish preservation technology, helping the enterprise address development challenges and clarify pathways for smart aquaculture upgrading, while strengthening industry support through the Association’s service capacity.

On April 14, 2026, the 2026 Hainan Free Trade Port Tropical High-Efficiency Agriculture Industry Chain Investment Promotion Conference was held in Haikou, where the People’s Government of Meilan District, Haikou, successfully signed an agreement with Haoyouduo (Haikou) for a national-level truss-type deep-sea aquaculture project. The Hainan Fisheries Association actively participated in this investment promotion activity by facilitating enterprise connections and resource coordination. Leveraging its industry platform advantages, the Association helped open cooperation channels for its executive council member unit, promoted the precise implementation of key deep-sea aquaculture projects, and supported the upgrading of the regional fisheries industry, highlighting its important role as a key hub in fisheries investment and cooperation.

On April 14, 2026, at the 2026 Hainan Free Trade Port Tropical High-Efficiency Agriculture Industry Chain Investment Promotion Conference, Haoyouduo Fisheries signed an agreement with the People’s Government of Dongfang City for the Dongfang Grouper Research and Breeding Base project. The Hainan Fisheries Association followed up on the project through negotiation, coordination, and signing support, focusing on the key area of grouper seedling research and development.
