中柬农业科技牵手再升级!柬埔寨国家高层与企业代表考察广州,共绘现代新蓝海China-Cambodia Agri-Tech Partnership Upgraded!

The delegation visited Guangzhou Greenworch Smart Agriculture Sightseeing Park, agricultural technology enterprises and demonstration bases, observing China's modern agricultural achievements such as intelligent greenhouse planting, digital agricultural management systems, and precision fertilization technology up close.

Facing automated sowing equipment, H.E. David, Vice Minister of Cambodia's Ministry of Interior, sighed: "These technologies can turn farmers from 'relying on the sky for food' to 'working with knowledge of the sky'—exactly what Cambodia needs for agricultural upgrading!"

面对自动化播种设备，柬埔寨内政部副部长David阁下感慨道：“这些技术能让农民从‘看天吃饭’变成‘知天而作’，正是柬埔寨农业升级最需要的！”

Ms Fanny Meipointed to salad seedlings in the intelligent greenhouse and said: "Cambodia has abundant land and climate resources, but lacks efficient planting technology. These intelligent greenhouses can double our vegetable output, enrich Cambodia's vegetable varieties, and reduce transportation losses!"

保税港发展（柬埔寨）有限公司董事长Ms Fanny Mei则指着智能温室里的沙拉菜苗说：“柬埔寨有丰富的土地和气候资源，但缺乏高效种植技术，这些智能温室能让我们的蔬菜产量翻番，丰富柬埔寨的蔬菜品类，还能减少运输损耗！”

During the inspection, the delegation repeatedly asked about technical implementation details, showing strong interest in China's agricultural technology.

考察中，代表团多次询问技术落地细节，表现出对中国农业科技的强烈兴趣。

At the start of the symposium, Jiang Xiaofei, Director of CIIDS Greater Bay Area Office and Enterprise Overseas Development Working Committee, delivered a welcome speech: "As one of the initiating units of the Belt and Road Initiative and related policies, CIIDS has always been committed to promoting practical cooperation between China and Cambodia. Today's exchange aims to transform China's 'soft power' in agricultural technology into 'hard results' of bilateral cooperation."

座谈会伊始，国创会大湾区办公室兼企业出海工作委员会主任蒋小飞率先致欢迎辞：“国创会作为‘一带一路’战略及政策发起单位之一，一直致力于推动中柬务实合作。今天的交流，正是要把中国农业科技的‘软实力’转化为两国合作的‘硬成果’。”

Subsequently,Ms Fanny Mei, Chairwoman of Bonded Port Development (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., spoke as an enterprise representative: "As a Chinese-funded enterprise rooted in Cambodia, we deeply understand the pain points of local agriculture—small farmers' scattered operations, backward technology, and poor market channels. We hope to build a bridge of 'technology introduction + project implementation + market connection' through this cooperation, so that Chinese technology can bear fruit on Cambodian soil."

随后，保税港发展（柬埔寨）有限公司董事长Ms Fanny Mei作为企业代表发言：“作为扎根柬埔寨的中资企业，我们深知当地农业的痛点——小农户分散经营、技术落后、市场渠道不畅。希望通过此次合作，搭建‘技术引进+项目落地+市场对接’的桥梁，让中国技术在柬埔寨的土地上结出硕果。”

General Sophana, State Councilor of Cambodia's Ministry of Interior, clearly stated: "Cambodia will take agricultural modernization and food security as key national policies. As an advisor to Bonded Port Development, I see the potential of China-Cambodia enterprise cooperation—not only to introduce advanced technology, but also to rely on the bonded logistics system to enable Cambodian agricultural products to reach China and even the global market faster."

柬埔寨内政部国务委员Sophana将军明确表示：“柬埔寨将把农业现代化与食品安全作为国策重点。作为保税港发展的顾问，我看到了中柬企业合作的潜力——不仅要引进先进技术，还要依托保税物流体系，让柬埔寨的农产品更快走向中国乃至全球市场。”

H. E. David, Vice Minister of Cambodia's Ministry of Interior, added: "We plan to establish the first smart agriculture demonstration park around Phnom Penh, inviting Chinese enterprises to participate in planning and operation, so that farmers can learn advanced technology right at their doorstep."

柬埔寨内政部副部长David阁下补充道：“我们计划在金边周边建立首个智慧农业示范园区，邀请中国企业共同参与规划和运营，让农民在家门口就能学到先进技术。”

Chinese representatives responded: "China is willing to use its mature modern agricultural technology and project experience to help Cambodia improve agricultural quality and efficiency. This is not only an embodiment of the 'joint consultation, joint construction and shared benefits' concept of the Belt and Road Initiative, but also a vivid practice of the China-Cambodia community with a shared future."

中方代表回应：“中国愿以成熟的现代农业技术和项目经验，助力柬埔寨农业提质增效，这既是‘一带一路’‘共商共建共享’理念的体现，也是中柬命运共同体的生动实践。”

This exchange clarified the cooperation path: Cambodia will actively introduce Chinese modern agricultural projects covering the entire chain of intelligent planting, agricultural product processing, and supply chain management. On one hand, Chinese enterprises can expand overseas markets by leveraging Cambodia's agricultural resources; on the other hand, Cambodia can achieve "curve overtaking" through technology introduction—shifting from traditional small-scale farming to a large-scale, standardized modern agricultural system.

此次交流明确了合作路径：柬埔寨将积极推动引进中国现代农业项目，涵盖智能种植、农产品加工、供应链管理等全链条。一方面，中国企业可借助柬埔寨的农业资源拓展海外市场；另一方面，柬埔寨能通过技术引进实现“弯道超车”——从传统小农经济转向规模化、标准化的现代农业体系。

Jiang Xiaofei summarized: "CIIDS will integrate resources to provide policy support and technical docking for Chinese enterprises going overseas to Cambodia, so that cooperation projects can truly take root and benefit people of both countries."

国创会大湾区办公室兼企业出海工作委员会主任蒋小飞总结道：“国创会将整合资源，为中国企业出海柬埔寨提供政策支持和技术对接，让合作项目真正落地生根，惠及两国人民。”

As Ms Fanny Mei put it: "China-Cambodia agricultural cooperation is not a 'one-way output' but a 'two-way奔赴' (mutual commitment)—Chinese enterprises find new opportunities overseas, and Cambodian farmers see new hope for increasing income."
