内蒙古农业大学（Inner Mongolia Agricultural University）坐落于“中国乳都”呼和浩特，是内蒙古自治区重点建设的高水平大学。学校以农林学科为根基，以草原畜牧业为鲜明特色，构建了农、工、理、经、管、文、法、艺等多学科协调发展的办学格局。作为国家“中西部高校基础能力建设工程”支持院校，学校拥有完善的学士、硕士、博士三级学位授权体系，现有15个一级学科博士学位授权点及2个博士专业学位授权点、24个一级学科硕士学位授权点及17个专业学位授权类别。农业科学、植物与动物科学、环境科学与生态学、工程学四个学科跻身ESI全球排名前1%。
学校坚持开放办学，与英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、俄罗斯、日本、蒙古国等30余个国家的90多所高校及科研机构建立了稳固的合作关系。依托科技部国际科技合作基地、国家引才引智示范基地等国家级平台，学校构建了涵盖联合培养、科研合作、援外培训的全方位国际化体系。近五年累计培养来自15个国家的近500名来华留学生，并承办了多期商务部援外培训项目，为全球农业可持续发展贡献“内农大”智慧。
Inner Mongolia Agricultural University (IMAU) is located in Hohhot, known as "China's Dairy Capital", and it is a high-level university prioritized for development by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Rooted in agriculture and forestry disciplines and featuring distinctive grassland animal husbandry, the university has formed a disciplinary layout featuring the coordinated development of agriculture, engineering, science, economics, management, liberal arts, law, art and other disciplines. Supported by the National Project for Enhancing the Basic Capacity of Universities in Central and Western China, the university boasts a complete three-tier degree authorization system covering bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees. It currently has 15 first-level discipline doctoral programs, 2 professional doctoral degree programs, 24 first-level discipline master's programs and 17 professional master's degree categories. Four of its disciplines, namely Agricultural Sciences, Plant & Animal Science, Environmental Science & Ecology, and Engineering, rank among the top 1% of the ESI global rankings.
Committed to open education, the university has established stable cooperative ties with more than 90 universities and research institutions in over 30 countries including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Russia, Japan and Mongolia. Relying on national-level platforms such as the International Science and Technology Cooperation Base of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Demonstration Base for Talent Introduction, the university has built an all-round internationalization system covering joint training, scientific research cooperation and foreign aid training. Over the past five years, it has cultivated nearly 500 international students from 15 countries and undertaken multiple foreign aid training programs sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, contributing IMAU's insights to the sustainable development of global agriculture.

Application Requirements
(一)学历生项目
1.博士研究生
申请人须为非中国籍公民，持有效外国护照，年龄不超过40周岁，身体健康，品行端正，对华友好；已获硕士学位或同等学历，具备良好科研能力；取得HSK (2.0)四级180分及以上成绩。
2.硕士研究生
申请人须为非中国籍公民，持有效外国护照，年龄不超过35周岁，身体健康，品行端正，对华友好；已获学士学位或同等学历，具备科研能力；取得HSK (2.0)四级180分及以上成绩。
3.本科生
申请人须为非中国籍公民，持有效外国护照，年龄不超过25周岁，身体健康，品行端正，对华友好；高中毕业或具备同等学历；取得HSK (2.0)四级180分及以上成绩。
(1) Degree Student Programs
1. Doctoral Candidates
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports, aged no more than 40, in good health, of good conduct and friendly to China. They shall have obtained a master’s degree or equivalent academic qualification and possess sound research capabilities, with a score of 180 or above in HSK (2.0) Level 4.
2. Master’s Candidates
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports, aged no more than 35, in good health, of good conduct and friendly to China. They shall have obtained a bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification and possess research capabilities, with a score of 180 or above in HSK (2.0) Level 4.
3. Undergraduate Students
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports, aged no more than 25, in good health, of good conduct and friendly to China. They shall have graduated from senior high school or hold equivalent academic qualifications, with a score of 180 or above in HSK (2.0) Level 4.
(二)非学历生项目
1.语言生
非中国籍公民，身心健康、品学兼优，具备高中及以上学历。长期语言生修读期限一般为6个月以上，按中文水平分层次授课；短期语言生修读期限4-12周，可定制专项教学与文化体验方案。经考核成绩合格者，由内蒙古农业大学国际教育学院颁发进修证书。
2.进修生
非中国籍公民，身心健康、品学兼优。普通进修生需高中及以上学历，可选修本科专业课程；高级进修生需硕士及以上学历或博士在读，可选修硕博研究生课程，在本校指导教师指导下完成专业学习及进修任务。进修期满，经考核合格者，由内蒙古农业大学国际教育学院颁发进修证书。
3.研究学者
非中国籍公民，身心健康、品学兼优，具备境外高等院校或科研机构副教授、教授，副研究员、研究员及以上职称，可入我校开展相关专业领域课题研究。
(II) Non-Degree Programs
1. Language Students
Applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens with good physical and mental health, good conduct and excellent academic performance, and hold a high school diploma or above. Long-term language students generally study for more than 6 months and receive tiered teaching based on their Chinese proficiency. Short-term language students study for 4 to 12 weeks, with tailor-made special teaching and cultural experience programs. Those who pass the assessment will be issued a Certificate of Advanced Study by the School of International Education, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.
2. Visiting Students
Applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens with good physical and mental health, good conduct and excellent academic performance. General visiting students shall hold a high school diploma or above and may take undergraduate courses. Senior visiting students shall hold a master’s degree or above or be doctoral candidates, and may take postgraduate courses for master’s and doctoral students. They shall complete academic studies and visiting tasks under the guidance of supervisors of the university. Upon completion of the visiting period and passing the assessment, a Certificate of Advanced Study will be issued by the School of International Education, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.
3. Research Scholars
Applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens with good physical and mental health, good conduct and excellent academic performance, and hold the title of Associate Professor, Professor, Associate Researcher, Researcher or above from overseas institutions of higher education or scientific research institutes. They may conduct research on topics in relevant professional fields at our university.

六、申请流程
Application Process
1.登录内蒙古农业大学国际学生服务平台(https://imau.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx)注册，填写个人信息并提交报名材料。
2.申请人完成网上报名后，学校将进行资格初审和入学考核。考核通过后向拟录取人员发放《录取通知书》及《JW201/JW202表》，持以上材料赴中国驻外使(领)馆办理学习签证。
3.被录取学生按录取通知书规定时间报到，逾期两周未报到视为自动放弃入学资格;入学后复查申请人信息和材料，弄虚作假者取消入学资格。
1. Log in to the Inner Mongolia Agricultural University International Student Service Platform (https://imau.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx) to register, fill in personal information and submit application documents.
2. After applicants complete the online application, the university will conduct preliminary qualification review and admission assessment. Those who pass the assessment will receive the Admission Notice and Form JW201/JW202. With the above documents, applicants shall go to Chinese embassies or consulates abroad to apply for student visas.
3. Admitted students shall register at the time specified in the Admission Notice. Failure to register within two weeks after the specified date will be regarded as an automatic waiver of admission qualification. After enrollment, the applicant's information and documents will be rechecked. Anyone who resorts to fraud will have their admission qualification revoked.
七、申请材料
Application Materials
1.有效护照照片页。申请人须提交有效期晚于2028年9月的本人普通护照照片页清晰扫描件。
2.经过公证的最高学历证明，如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
3. 学习成绩单。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
4.来华学习计划。申请人须提交用中文或英文书写的来华学习计划，内容包括：自我介绍、来华学习目的、学习规划等，本科申请者不少于500字，硕博申请者不少于1000字。
5.《外国人体格检查记录》（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，提交时须在有效期内，须用中文或英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月。
6.无犯罪记录证明及中/英文翻译件。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。
7. 语言能力证明。申请人须提交符合申请要求的语言能力证书或相应语言水平证明材料。
8.推荐信。攻读研究生的申请人须提交两名相关领域副教授及以上职称者的推荐信并附推荐人联系方式，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写。
9.年龄不满18周岁的申请人，被录取后须向学校提交在中国的法定监护人的相关法律文件。
10.个人作品等其他支撑材料。申请攻读部分有特殊要求的专业，可通过“其他要求的材料”上传个人作品等其他支撑材料。
1. Clear scanned copy of the photo page of a valid passport. Applicants shall submit a clear scanned copy of the photo page of their ordinary passport with an expiry date later than September 2028.
2. Notarized highest academic qualification certificate. If the applicant is a current student, a proof of expected graduation or student status issued by the attended school shall be submitted. Documents written in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation.
3. Academic transcripts. Transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the Academic Affairs Office, Graduate School or relevant student administration department of the attended school. Documents written in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation.
4. Study plan in China. Applicants shall submit a study plan in China written in Chinese or English, covering self-introduction, purpose of studying in China, study plan, etc. The plan shall be no less than 500 words for undergraduate applicants and no less than 1000 words for master’s and doctoral applicants.
5. Foreigner Physical Examination Record (uniformly printed by China Health and Quarantine authorities; valid upon submission and completed in Chinese or English). Applicants shall complete all examination items required by the Foreigner Physical Examination Record. The record shall be deemed invalid if any examination item is missing, no applicant’s photo is attached, no cross seal is affixed on the photo, or there is no signature and seal of the physician and hospital. The examination result is valid for 6 months.
6. Certificate of No Criminal Record together with its Chinese or English translation. Applicants shall submit a valid Certificate of No Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, which is generally issued within 6 months prior to the application submission date.
7. Language proficiency certificate. Applicants shall submit language proficiency certificates or relevant documents proving language competence that meet the application requirements.
8. Recommendation letters. Applicants for postgraduate studies shall provide two recommendation letters from associate professors or higher-ranked professionals in relevant fields together with the recommenders’ contact information. The letters shall focus on the applicant’s study objectives in China as well as evaluations on the applicant’s comprehensive capabilities and future development, and shall be written only in Chinese or English.
9. Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant legal documents of their legal guardian in China to the university after admission.
10. Supplementary materials such as personal portfolios. For applications to certain majors with special requirements, supplementary materials including personal portfolios may be uploaded under "Other Required Documents".
