海南省渔业协会党总支召开树立和践行正确政绩观专题学习会

2026年7月11日上午，海南省渔业协会党总支召开树立和践行正确政绩观专题学习会，全体党员、预备党员、发展对象和入党积极分子采取线上线下相结合方式参会。

会议在庄严的国歌声中拉开序幕，全体人员集中重温建党105周年大会实况录像，深入学习习近平总书记重要讲话精神，全面回顾党的百年奋斗辉煌成就，深刻领会“两个务必”丰富内涵，牢牢把握新时代全面从严治党、统筹发展和安全、抓实青年培育等重点任务，激励全体党员牢记初心使命，立足行业扛起时代责任。随后开展树立和践行正确政绩观专题集中学习：传达学习习近平总书记对湖南长沙浏阳市烟花厂爆炸事故重要指示，要求全体人员牢牢守住渔业安全生产底线；传达冯飞同志在省委党建领导小组第13、14次会议上的讲话精神；学习石泰峰同志在中央指导组培训座谈会上的讲话；同时传达内部相关工作部署，围绕历史遗留问题专项整治、学习教育自查自纠要求、政绩观问题警示教育内容开展学习，引导全体党员结合渔业岗位实际对照检视，校准思想偏差，树立为民实干的正确政绩观。

学习结束后，党总支书记通报上级评优结果：经省两新工委评定，海南省渔业协会党总支获评海南省新兴领域“先进基层党组织”；经省农业农村行业党委评审，我党总支4名同志获评“优秀共产党员”，1名同志获评“优秀党务工作者”。号召全体党员对标先进、看齐榜样。随后宣读上级党委批复，明确下属三家党支部换届候选人，按规范推进支部换届工作，夯实基层党建根基。

党总支书记作总结讲话，他对周末大家积极主动参加学习的态度予以充分肯定，并提出工作要求：获评表彰的优秀党员、优秀党务工作者珍惜荣誉、再接再厉，持续发挥先锋模范作用；其余党员主动对标先进查找不足，锤炼履职本领；预备党员、发展对象、入党积极分子严格以党员标准要求自己，立足渔业一线勇当自贸港建设排头兵。全体党员要在自己的岗位上脚踏实地干事创业，在推动海南现代渔业发展中展现党员的表率作用，为社会主义建设贡献力量，不负党组织培养。

Hainan Fisheries Association Party General Branch Holds Special Study Meeting on Establishing and Practicing a Correct View of Political Performance

On the morning of July 11, 2026, the Party General Branch of the Hainan Fisheries Association held a special study meeting on establishing and practicing a correct view of political performance. Party members, probationary Party members, development candidates, and Party membership applicants attended the meeting through both online and offline formats.

The meeting began with the national anthem. All participants watched a recording of the ceremony marking the 105^th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and studied the important speech delivered by President Xi Jinping. Participants reviewed the Party’s achievements over the past century, gained a deeper understanding of the important principles emphasized in the speech, and focused on key tasks such as strengthening Party discipline, coordinating development and safety, and supporting the growth of young people. The meeting encouraged all Party members to remain committed to their original mission and take responsibility for the development of the fisheries industry.

A special study session on establishing and practicing a correct view of political performance was then held. Participants studied President Xi Jinping’s important instructions following the fireworks factory explosion in Liuyang, Changsha, Hunan Province, emphasizing the need to always put fisheries production safety first. The meeting also conveyed the speeches of Feng Fei at the 13th and 14th meetings of the Provincial Party Building Leading Group, and the speech of Shi Taifeng at the Central Guidance Group training seminar.

In addition, the meeting communicated internal work arrangements, including the special handling of historical issues, requirements for self-examination and self-improvement in Party education, and warning cases related to political performance. Participants were encouraged to reflect on their own work in the fisheries sector, correct any shortcomings in their thinking, and develop a practical, people-centered approach to their work.

After the study session, the Secretary of the Party General Branch announced the latest awards from higher-level Party organizations. The Hainan Fisheries Association Party General Branch was recognized as an "Advanced Primary-Level Party Organization" in Hainan's emerging sectors. In addition, four members of the Party General Branch were named "Outstanding Communist Party Members," and one member received the title of "Outstanding Party Affairs Worker." All Party members were encouraged to learn from these role models.

The meeting also announced the approval from the higher-level Party committee regarding the candidates for the leadership elections of the Association's three subordinate Party branches. The branch elections will be carried out according to Party procedures to further strengthen grassroots Party organizations.

In his closing remarks, the Secretary of the Party General Branch thanked everyone for actively participating in the study meeting during the weekend. He encouraged the award recipients to value their achievements, continue working hard, and maintain their leading role. Other Party members were encouraged to learn from the outstanding members, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen their professional abilities. Probationary Party members, development candidates, and Party membership applicants were reminded to uphold Party standards and actively contribute to the fisheries industry and the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

He also stressed that all Party members should work diligently in their respective positions, play a leading role in promoting the development of Hainan's modern fisheries industry, contribute to socialist development, and live up to the trust and expectations of the Party organization.

Looking ahead, the Party General Branch will continue to build on the achievements of this study meeting, fully implement the work arrangements of higher-level Party organizations, and promote the integration of Party building with key fisheries work such as fishing vessel safety management, deep-sea aquaculture, and fishing port services. The Association will continue to encourage all Party members to take practical responsibility and use high-quality Party building to support the high-quality development of Hainan's fisheries industry.
