2026年6月26日，我司董事长金星率队赴青岛万邦绿色农业科技有限公司，青岛万邦绿色农业科技董事长安向辉及其管理团队接待并开展业务座谈。

On June 26, 2026, our Chairman Jin Xing led a team to Qingdao Wanbang Green Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd. An Xianghui, Chairman of Qingdao Wanbang Green Agriculture Technology, and his management team received and conducted business discussions.

座谈中，青岛万邦绿色农业科技董事长安向辉与我司董事长金星双方就各自发展背景、资源布局与核心优势展开细致介绍。青岛万邦农业依托青岛港口区位，在粮食进口采购、海陆联运方面拥有成熟体系；我司则立足内陆港枢纽，在铁路货运、粮食仓储及公铁联运方面具备显著优势，双方产业互补性强，合作空间广阔。

During the discussion, An Xianghui, Chairman of Qingdao Wanbang Green Agriculture Technology, and Jin Xing, Chairman of our company, gave detailed introductions on their respective development backgrounds, resource layouts, and core advantages. Qingdao Wanbang Agriculture relies on the location of Qingdao Port and has a mature system in grain import procurement and sea land intermodal transportation; Our company is based in the inland port hub and has significant advantages in railway freight, grain storage, and intermodal transportation. The two sides have strong industrial complementarity and broad cooperation space.

双方围绕粮食进口、粮食物流运输及供应链金融等合作方向进行深入交流，并就打通进口粮源通道、优化多式联运物流衔接、协同运用供应链金融资金等议题达成多项共识，共商协同发展新路径，为下一步深化合作明确重点方向。

Both sides had in-depth exchanges on cooperation directions such as grain import, grain logistics transportation, and supply chain finance, and reached multiple consensuses on issues such as opening up import grain source channels, optimizing multimodal logistics connections, and coordinating the use of supply chain finance funds. They jointly discussed new paths for collaborative development and clarified key directions for the next step of deepening cooperation.
