Training Empowers Agriculture, Together We Shape the Future
On January 23, 2026, CAAMS 2025 Member Day — "The Change Training Brings Us" — was held online.
Across screens, agricultural professionals from around the world connected through training and shared their stories of change, creating a vibrant symphony of international agricultural cooperation. One hour before the event, 116 registration emails from 36 countries had already been received.
Waiting Across Time Zones
Scheduled at 15:00 Beijing time to accommodate global time zones, the event saw participants logging in early. Nola Marshall from Grenada, where it was still midnight due to a 12-hour time difference, was already online. She shared her experience using product handling protocols to maintain fruit and vegetable freshness, and sent a practical video of her "from tree to market" workflow.
From Classroom to Field
Samuel Lindi Megersa from Ethiopia applied "drip irrigation + rainwater harvesting" technology on his farm, increasing water use efficiency by 40% and crop yield by 25%. Dr Abdul Rehman from Pakistan optimized local sugarcane planters, reducing equipment failure rates by 30%. Dr Maher Fathy Attia Morsy from Egypt transformed training knowledge into student curricula, turning "one person learning" into "many benefiting." Ahmed Idris Ahmed Gaafar from the UAE leveraged the training to establish Agri Royal Company, now competing in markets across the Middle East and North Africa. Suren Harutyunyan from Armenia passed skills and experience to the next generation, watching training results continue to bear fruit in every grafted seedling.
Old Friends and New
Bouslimi Mohamed Ali from Tunisia, whose journey with CAAMS began in 2015, has never missed a Member Day event. Veng Som from Cambodia brought four colleagues to the event, sharing how her team disseminates CAAMS training content to government leaders, officials, and local departments.
Farewell in Song
At the closing, the melody of CAAMS's first foreign aid training song "Together We Grow" filled the air. Training teams and participants recalled their shared learning journey through the music, which transcended language barriers and infused new energy into international agricultural cooperation.

Seven Years of Commitment
Since the first Member Day in 2020, CAAMS has hosted 7 events on themes including "Chinese Culture," "Chinese Enterprises," "Study in China," "China Impressions," and "China Training," attracting approximately 500 participants. As a vital post-training communication platform, Member Day deepens international friendships and addresses real participant needs, extending training outcomes from classrooms to fields worldwide, and helping Chinese wisdom and solutions take root globally.
