深圳，近日在辞旧迎新的马年伊始，一场以“马年迎春，合作共赢”为主题的高端产业对接座谈会在深圳泓亚海洋设备制造有限公司隆重举行。本次会议由浙江省智慧农业协会专家团团长、浙江省安吉县人民政府咨询委员会特约研究员王国安主持，汇聚了来自海洋科技、现代农业、生态环保等领域的三十余位业界精英，线上线下联动，共商以海洋科技赋能陆地农业的创新路径。

会议聚焦深圳泓亚海洋科技集团有限公司（以下简称“泓亚”）历经二十年研发突破的“陆基海洋生态产业”体系。该体系以“蓝色粮仓”与“无废农业”为核心，通过工业化、封闭式循环水养殖技术，在内陆高效生产高品质海产品，并独创性地将养殖尾水与本地有机废弃物（如畜禽粪便、秸秆）转化为富含海洋活性物质的“海洋生物营养液”，实现“一水两用、变废为宝”的循环经济闭环。

泓亚集团董事长章晓俊在会上表示：“我们的目标，是用工业文明的最新科技成果，埋葬工业文明带来的生态危机。”他指出，当前全球海洋生态正面临前所未有的挑战，珊瑚礁大规模白化即是警钟。泓亚的解决方案并非掠夺式开发，而是将“海水”视为珍贵资源，通过科技手段在陆地上重建海洋生态价值，为食品安全与耕地保护提供系统性方案。据悉，该模式已在贵州省安顺市经开区幺铺镇牛蹄关村成功落地，利用营养液改良土壤，同步产出优质海虾与富硒果蔬，验证了海洋绿色循环农业强大的普适性与可复制性。

王国安教授高度评价了这一模式的战略意义。他强调，在国家大力推进“藏粮于地、藏粮于技”和“无废城市”建设的背景下，泓亚项目精准对接了“耕地修复”、“蛋白供给”与“废弃物资源化”三大痛点，是推动一二三产深度融合、实现乡村全面振兴的有力抓手。座谈会上，深圳市陈日胜海稻科技有限公司、智鼎农业、温山山药等项目代表积极参与讨论，现场气氛热烈，并在会后建立了专项合作群，以期加速资源链接与项目落地。
专家介绍，泓亚的自主开发的全封闭内循环系统则确保了“零污染、零排放、零抗生素、零激素”的“四零标准”。尤为关键的是，大量实证数据表明，其营养液不仅不会导致土壤盐碱化，反而能通过“以菌治盐”的生物调控技术，有效修复板结、酸化等退化土壤，为子孙后代守护良田沃土。

SHENZHEN, Recently, at the beginning of the Year of the Horse, a high-end industrial matchmaking symposium themed "Spring Greetings: Win-Win Cooperation" was held at the headquarters of Shenzhen Hongya Ocean Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Chaired by Professor Wang Guo'an,head of the expert group of Zhejiang Province Smart Agriculture Association and special researcher of Advisory Committee of Anji County People's Government of Zhejiang Province, the event gathered over 30 industry leaders across marine technology, modern agriculture, and ecological protection. Through a hybrid online-offline format, participants explored innovative pathways to empower terrestrial agriculture with marine technology.

The symposium spotlighted the "Land-Based Marine Ecological Industry" system, a breakthrough achieved by Shenzhen Hongya Ocean Technology Group ("Hongya") after 20 years of R&D. Centered on the concepts of the "Blue Granary" and "Zero-Waste Agriculture," the system utilizes industrialized, closed-loop recirculating aquaculture technology to produce high-quality seafood inland.
In a pioneering move, the system converts aquaculture tailwater and local organic waste (such as livestock manure and straw) into a "Marine Biological Nutrient Solution." This solution, rich in marine active substances, achieves a dual-use water recycling model—transforming aquaculture wastewater and organic waste into high-value marine nutrient solutions.

During the session, Hongya Group Chairman Zhang Xiaojun remarked:
"Our goal is to use the latest technological fruits of industrial civilization to resolve the ecological crises caused by industrial civilization."

He noted that global marine ecosystems face unprecedented threats, with massive coral bleaching serving as a dire warning. Hongya’s solution shuns predatory exploitation; instead, it reimagines seawater as a precious resource to reconstitute marine ecological value on land. This provides a systemic solution for both food security and the protection of arable land. This model has been successfully implemented in Niutiguan Village, Yaopu Town, Economic Development Zone, Anshun City, Guizhou Province，China, where it reclaimed soil quality while producing premium sea prawns and selenium-rich produce—proving its scalability.
Professor Wang Guo'an emphasized the strategic importance of this model. In the context of national initiatives like "Storing Grain in the Ground and Technology" and "Waste-Free Cities," the Hongya project addresses three critical pain points:
Arable land restoration
Protein supply security
Waste resource utilization
Experts highlighted that Hongya’s self-developed system ensures a strict "Four Zeros"standard:Zero Pollution, Zero Emissions, Zero Antibiotics, Zero Hormones. Empirical data confirms that the nutrient solution does not cause soil salinization. Rather, it uses "microbe-based salt management" to repair compacted and acidified soils, safeguarding fertile land for future generations.

The symposium concluded with the establishment of a dedicated cooperation group to accelerate project implementation. Attendees, including representatives from Shenzhen Chen Risheng Sea Rice Tech and Zhiding Agriculture, agreed that promoting the Hongya model is synonymous with promoting a high-yield, high-quality, zero-waste agricultural paradigm.This "Blue Stallion" from Shenzhen, powered by disruptive innovation, is now offering a "China Solution" for the global challenge of sustainable agricultural development.
