杨凌示范区以现代农业科技示范园为依托推动农业科技“走出去”，与乌兹别克斯坦合作建设海外园区——中乌现代农业科技示范园，位于乌兹别克斯坦锡尔河州，占地3500亩，由杨凌现代农业国际合作集团有限公司与乌兹别克斯坦鹏盛工业园区发展有限责任公司于2021年共同设立、同年10月揭牌运营，建成设施农业大棚108亩、滴灌葡萄示范园1000亩、新品种试验示范园1260亩。
Relying on its Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park, the Yangling Demonstration Zone has been promoting the "going global" of agricultural technology. In cooperation with Uzbekistan, it has established an overseas park – theChina-Uzbekistan Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park – located in the Syrdarya Region of Uzbekistan, covering an area of 3,500 mu (approximately 233 hectares). The park was jointly established in 2021 by Yangling Modern Agriculture International Cooperation Group Co., Ltd. and Uzbekistan's Pengsheng Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., and was inaugurated in October of the same year. To date, the park has built 108 mu of protected agricultural greenhouses, a 1,000-mu drip-irrigated grape demonstration orchard, and a 1,260-mu new variety trial and demonstration plot.

The Qingzhen apple rootstock seedlings are drought-tolerant rootstock varieties selected and propagated by the park. They feature strong stress resistance, wide adaptability, and ease of management. The China-Uzbekistan Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park introduced 6,000 Qingzhen seedlings in a single batch and fully implemented a support-free dwarf and high-density planting system. The survival rate and per-unit yield after planting have both significantly outperformed those of traditional local orchards, laying a solid germplasm foundation for improving the quality and efficiency of the park's apple industry.

Dwarf High-Density Planting Cultivation矮化密植栽培是现代果园集约化管理的核心技术路径，依托矮化砧木控制树冠，配合高密度定植，能够实现早结果、早丰产，同时大幅简化修剪、喷药和采收环节，有效降低劳动强度。中乌现代农业科技示范园应用该模式后，亩均用工较当地传统乔化园减少近三分之一，果品上市时间提前，经济效益明显提升。
Dwarf high-density planting cultivation is a core technological approach for intensive management in modern orchards. By using dwarfing rootstocks to control canopy size and combining them with high-density planting, this method enables early fruiting and early high yields, while greatly simplifying pruning, spraying, and harvesting operations, effectively reducing labor intensity. After adopting this model, the China-Uzbekistan Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park saw its labor input permu decrease by nearly one-hird compared with traditional local talltree orchards, with fruit market entry time advanced and economic returns significantly improved.
设施农业
Protected Agriculture (Facility Agriculture)设施农业是园区突破自然条件限制、提升土地产出效率的关键手段，通过连栋大棚和温室等可控环境设施，调节温湿度、防范霜冻和病虫害。中乌现代农业科技示范园已建成现代化设施农业大棚108亩，实现了果蔬错季生产与稳供，不仅丰富了中亚市场的鲜食供应，也为当地农户展示了集约化设施种植的示范样板。
Protected agriculture is a key means for the park to overcome natural constraints and enhance land productivity. Through controlled-environment facilities such as multi-span greenhouses and climate-controlled chambers, it regulates temperature and humidity, prevents frost damage, and controls pests and diseases. The China-Uzbekistan Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park has already built 108mu of modern protected agricultural greenhouses, enabling off-season production and stable supply of fruits and vegetables. This not only enriches the fresh produce supply in the Central Asian market, but also provides local farmers with a demonstration model of intensive protected cultivation.

In January 2025, the 6,000 Qingzhen apple rootstock seedlings introduced from Tongchuan, Shaanxi, into the China-Uzbekistan Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park were growing well. The drip-irrigated grape demonstration orchard, employing precision irrigation and scientific management techniques, effectively addressed issues of insufficient soil moisture and wasteful traditional irrigation practices in the local area, and was hailed as "a microcosm of China-Uzbekistan agricultural cooperation and a win-win exploration."
2025年10月18日，由杨凌国合集团与乌兹别克斯坦农业部共同推进的“乌兹别克斯坦杨凌农业高科技工业区”在塔什干新城开工，规划55公顷工业用地与61公顷农业用地，聚焦农机装备、良种推广与农产品加工，享有无人机特许权等政策支持。
On October 18, 2025, the "Uzbekistan-Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industrial Zone," jointly promoted by Yangling Modern Agriculture International Cooperation Group and the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan, broke ground in Tashkent New City. The zone is planned to cover 55 hectares of industrial land and 61 hectares of agricultural land, focusing on agricultural machinery, improved seed promotion, and agricultural product processing, with policy support including special drone operation rights.
2026年第十届丝博会期间，陕西省旱区生物资源与绿色智慧农业“一带一路”联合实验室中乌分实验室协议签署，首批项目将建设乌兹别克斯坦航天育种工作站和新技术示范中试基地，陕西苹果、猕猴桃等园艺品种和智能节水灌溉技术有望在乌落地。2026年7月，乌方教授特罗布琼·马赫卡莫夫受聘陕西农林职业技术学院客座教授，杨凌与乌方在人才培训、园区建设、农产品加工与贸易等方面的合作持续深化。
During the 10th Silk Road International Expo in 2026, an agreement was signed to establish the China-Uzbekistan sub-laboratory of the Shaanxi Provincial Belt and Road Joint Laboratory for Biological Resources and Green Smart Agriculture in Arid Areas. The first batch of projects will include the construction of a space breeding workstation and a new technology demonstration and pilot base in Uzbekistan. Shaanxi's horticultural varieties such as apples and kiwifruit, as well as intelligent water-saving irrigation technologies, are expected to be implemented in Uzbekistan. In July 2026, Uzbek professor Trobjon Makhamov was appointed as a visiting professor at Shaanxi Agriculture and Forestry Vocational and Technical College, while cooperation between Yangling and Uzbekistan in talent training, park development, agricultural product processing, and trade continues to deepen.
