娄氐农业与卢旺达农业和动物资源部签署合作备忘录

近日，娄氐农业卢旺达项目公司（Loudi Agricultural Development Limited）与卢旺达农业和动物资源部（MINAGRI）完成合作备忘录签署。该备忘录标志着双方在卢旺达水稻产业链现代化、农业推广服务、稻米加工能力建设及农业数字化应用等方面建立合作框架。

Loudi Agri 将坚持长期主义和本地化原则，在卢旺达相关政策和法律框架下，积极对接政府部门、农业机构、合作社及农户组织，推动合作内容逐步转化为可执行、可评估、可持续的具体项目。

未来，Loudi Agri 将继续扎根卢旺达，结合中国农业经验与当地实际需求，为提升水稻产业效率、促进农民增收和支持粮食安全贡献力量。

Loudi Agri Signs MoU with Rwanda’s Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources

Loudi Agricultural Development Limited (Loudi Agri) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources of Rwanda (MINAGRI).

The MoU establishes a cooperation framework in areas including rice value chain modernization, agricultural extension services, rice processing capacity building, and digital agriculture applications in Rwanda.

Loudi Agri will continue to follow a long-term and localized approach, working within Rwanda’s policy and legal framework and strengthening cooperation with relevant institutions, cooperatives and farmer organizations.

The company remains committed to supporting Rwanda’s agricultural modernization, improving rice sector efficiency, increasing farmer income, and contributing to food security.
