海南省渔业协会党总支开展树立和践行正确政绩观专题学习教育

2026年5月30日上午，海南省渔业协会党总支采取线上线下相结合方式，组织全体党员召开专题学习教育会议。

学习结束后，全体党员紧扣树立和践行正确政绩观学习主题，结合渔业行业工作实际、各支部履职方向逐一交流学习心得、畅谈思想认识。大家纷纷表示，将牢固树立为民造福的正确政绩观导向，坚决摒弃形式主义、急功近利、弄虚作假等问题，立足渔业协会党总支5个下属党支部职能优势，以实干实绩践行初心使命，精准发挥各支部一线服务作用：

海南省渔业协会石斑鱼分会党支部依托东方好又多有限公司在深海养殖领域的技术积淀与示范引领作用，立足正确政绩观要求，深耕东星斑等名贵石斑鱼品种养殖，聚焦深海养殖技术研发、标准化养殖模式推广，以先进养殖技术带动区域特色水产养殖产业提质增效，用心服务养殖从业者，助力海南高端渔业产业高质量发展；琼儋渔19369船党支部、琼临渔11666船党支部两个船上党支部筑牢海上红色阵地，坚守为民服务初心，服务远洋捕捞、海上安全生产与船员权益保障；海南省渔业协会儋州市新马办事处党支部扎根渔港一线，做好基层渔民服务、渔港产业对接；海南省远洋渔业协会党支部深耕远洋渔业行业规范、企业服务、政策落地。各支部始终以正确政绩观为指引，联动发力、下沉一线走访调研，聚焦渔民急难愁盼、渔业企业发展堵点，精准对接政策落地、技术服务、产销对接、风险保障等需求，用心用情服务广大渔民群众，以实干担当创造经得起实践、人民、历史

检验的工作实绩。

随后，协会党总支部书记围绕“以正确政绩观赋能海南渔业高质量发展”主题讲授专题党课。党课强调，全体党员要把学习成果落到实处，坚持从渔业发展实际出发，不做表面文章、不搞花架子，以党总支统筹引领，推动5个下属党支部各司其职、协同发力，在助力渔港经济区建设、规范渔业行业发展、推动养殖产业提质、畅通水产品产销渠道、保障渔民及船员合法权益、服务远洋渔业出海发展等方面精准施策，主动靠前服务渔业企业和广大渔民，破解产业发展难题，推动渔业转型升级，切实把正确政绩观转化为服务渔民、赋能行业、助力海南自贸港海洋经济高质量发展的实际成效。

Hainan Fisheries Association Party General Branch Conducts Special Study and Education Session on Establishing and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievement

On the morning of May 30, 2026, the party general branch of the Hainan Fisheries Association organized a special study and education meeting for all party members through a combination of online and offline platforms.

During the meeting, all party members collectively studied the important remarks made by President Xi Jinping during his inspection visit to Xiong’an new area in Hebei Province. They also conducted an in-depth study of relevant chapters from Excerpts from Xi Jinping’s discussions on Establishing and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievement, conveyed and studied the key points of Mr. Shi Taifeng’s speech at the central guidance Group training meeting on the study and education campaign for establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievement, and carefully reviewed official reports on typical cases involving deviations in political achievement values. The session further strengthened theoretical understanding, reinforced discipline and rules, and consolidated ideological safeguards.

Following the study session, all party members focused closely on the theme of establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievement. In connection with the practical realities of work in the fisheries sector and the respective responsibilities of each party branch, participants shared their learning experiences and exchanged views and reflections one by one. Everyone expressed that they would firmly uphold a people-centered orientation in political achievement, resolutely reject formalism, short-term opportunism, and falsification, and build upon the functional strengths of the five subordinate Party branches under the Fisheries Association Party General Branch. Through practical work and tangible results, they would uphold their original mission and precisely develop the frontline service role of each branch.

The Party Branch of the grouped division of the Hainan Fisheries Association, relying on the technical expertise and demonstration leadership of Dongfang Haoyouduo Co., Ltd (好又多), in deep-sea aquaculture, will continue to develop the farming of premium marine fish species such as Dongxing fish, guided by principles of responsible and results-oriented development. The branch will focus on advancing deep-sea aquaculture technology and promoting standardized farming practices, using modern aquaculture methods to improve the quality and efficiency of regional specialty seafood production and support the high-quality development of Hainan’s fisheries sector.

The two shipboard party branches, Qiongdan Fishery (Vessel 19369 party branch) and Qionglin Fishery (Vessel 11666 party branch), will strengthen the “red frontline” at sea, remain committed to serving the people, and provide support for offshore fishing operations, maritime safety production, and protection of crew members’ rights and interests. The Party Branch of the Xinma Office in Danzhou City under the Hainan Fisheries Association will remain rooted at the frontline of fishing ports, providing grassroots services to fishermen and facilitating industrial cooperation and connections within fishing port economies. The Party Branch of the Hainan Fishery Association will continue to focus on standardizing the distant-water fisheries industry, supporting enterprises, and ensuring effective implementation of policies.

Guided consistently by a correct view of political achievement, all branches will coordinate efforts and conduct frontline visits and investigations, focusing on the urgent concerns and practical difficulties faced by fishermen and bottlenecks hindering fisheries enterprise development. They will accurately respond to needs related to policy implementation, technical services, production and marketing linkages, and risk protection, serving fishermen with dedication and sincerity and creating work achievements that can withstand the tests of practice, the people, and history through concrete action and responsibility.

Subsequently, the Secretary of the Association’s Party General Branch delivered a special Party lecture centered on the theme “Empowering the High-Quality Development of Hainan Fisheries through a Correct View of Political Achievement.” The lecture emphasized that all party members must translate their learning outcomes into concrete actions, adhere to practical approaches based on the realities of fisheries development, avoid superficial efforts and empty formalities, and leverage the coordinating and guiding role of the Party General Branch. Under this framework, the five subordinate Party branches are expected to perform their respective duties and work collaboratively in areas such as supporting the development of fishing port economic zones, regulating fisheries industry development, improving aquaculture quality and efficiency, facilitating aquatic product production and marketing channels, safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of fishermen and crew members, and supporting the overseas development of distant-water fisheries. By proactively serving fisheries enterprises and fishermen, addressing industrial development challenges, and promoting transformation and upgrading within the fisheries sector, the Association aims to turn the correct view of political achievement into tangible results that serve fishermen, empower the industry, and contribute to the high-quality development of Hainan free trade port’s marine economy.
