循环农业是运用物质循环再生原理和生态工程学方法，通过多层次利用农业资源实现节能减排与增收的农业生产方式。其以“减量化、再利用、再循环”为原则，构建种植、养殖、加工产业链循环体系，形成涵盖减量化、再利用、再循环的环境友好型系统。
