中国农业大学MBA联合会是由MBA同学组成的最高学生组织，曾荣获“全国MBA院校最佳组织奖”、“中国MBA十佳联合会”等多项大奖，并代表中国农大承办第七届中国MBA领袖年会。

中国农业大学MBA联合会常年举办国演赛、案例大赛、跨校羽毛球赛、新年联谊会等品牌活动，下设投资、乐跑、读书、舞团、篮球、足球、职业发展、记者团、演讲、羽毛球、能源等十大俱乐部；成员曾当选北京MBA联盟主席，在亚太地区商学院沙漠挑战赛、国际商学院演讲挑战赛（全国亚军）等赛事中屡创佳绩。加入联合会，收获友谊、资源与成长，与志同道合的伙伴一起书写MBA精彩故事。

The China Agricultural University MBA Union is the highest student organization representing MBA students, having received honors such as the "National MBA Institution Best Organization Award" and "Top 10 MBA Union in China", and once hosted the 7th China MBA Leaders Summit. 

The China Agricultural University MBA Union organizes signature events including the National Speech Contest, Case Competition, Inter-university Badminton Tournament, and New Year Gala, and oversees ten clubs covering investment, running, reading, dance, basketball, football,career development, press corps, public speaking, badminton, and energy research. Its members have been elected President of the Beijing MBA Union, and achieved outstanding results in competitions such as the Asia-Pacific Desert Challenge and the International Business School Speech Contest (National Runner-up). “向内扎根，向外生长”，是她对联合会发展的核心期许，也是其履职的行动指南。向内扎根，是她深耕内部建设，夯实发展基础，聚焦同学们的个人成长需求。搭建沟通桥梁，成为老师、同学、校友之间的桥梁和纽带，凝聚多方力量。通过丰富多元的活动，助力每位同学全方位提升综合能力，让联合会成为同学们成长路上的坚实后盾；向外生长，是她拓宽发展边界，主动对接外界，以开放包容的姿态，提升中国农大MBA的品牌影响力，推动联合会在传承中创新、在创新中突破。

"Rooting inward and growing outward" is her core expectation for the development of the association, and it is also her action guide for performing her duties. Rooting inward means she focuses on internal construction, consolidates the development foundation, and focuses on the individual growth needs of the students. She builds communication bridges, becoming a bridge and bond among teachers, students, and alumni, and uniting the efforts of all parties. Through a variety of rich activities, she helps each student comprehensively enhance their comprehensive abilities, making the association a solid support for students on their growth journey. Growing outward means she expands the development boundaries, actively connects with the outside world, with an open and inclusive attitude, to enhance the brand influence of the Agricultural University MBA, and promote the association to innovate in inheritance and break through in innovation.

个人介绍

聚焦联合会旗下各俱乐部的发展与运营，承担起统筹管理的核心职责。牵头推动俱乐部体系化建设，明确发展定位，实现各俱乐部规范化、标准化发展。在资源整合方面，她将联动各俱乐部，打通内部资源壁垒，促进俱乐部之间的协同联动，同时对接主席统筹的校外、校内各类资源，将资源精准下沉至各俱乐部，赋能俱乐部活动开展与特色打造，倾听意见建议，助力联合会整体高效运转。

Focusing on the development and operation of each club under the Federation, she assumes the core responsibility of overall management. She takes the lead in promoting the systematic construction of the club system, clarifying the development positioning, and achieving standardized and normalized development for each club. In terms of resource integration, she will coordinate with each club, break through internal resource barriers, promote the collaborative linkage among clubs, and at the same time connect with the chairperson for the coordination of various external and internal resources outside the school. She will precisely allocate resources to each club to support the organization of activities and the creation of unique features, listen to suggestions and opinions, and help the Federation operate efficiently as a whole.

重点负责外联拓展与赞助合作工作，为联合会各项活动的顺利开展提供坚实的资金保障。其将立足联合会发展需求，主动走出去对接各类企业、机构及校友资源，搭建多元化的外联合作平台，积极拓展赞助渠道、洽谈合作事宜。同时，其将做好赞助合作的后续跟进与维护工作，深耕合作关系，搭建长期稳定的外联合作网络，助力提升联合会的对外影响力，保障联合会高效运转，共同推动中国农业大学MBA联合会高质量发展。

Mainly responsible for external outreach and sponsorship cooperation work, providing solid financial support for the smooth implementation of various activities of the association. He will base on the development needs of the association, actively go out to connect with various enterprises, institutions and alumni resources, build a diversified external cooperation platform, actively expand sponsorship channels and negotiate cooperation matters. At the same time, he will do a good job in the follow-up and maintenance of sponsorship cooperation, deeply cultivate the cooperative relationship, build a long-term and stable external cooperation network, help enhance the external influence of the association, ensure the efficient operation of the association, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the CAU-MBA Association.

If you think the Secretariat is just about taking meeting minutes, you've only guessed a tiny part of it. We are the nerve center of the Union — delivering messages up and down without ever leaving anyone on "read." We are the aesthetic gatekeepers of procurement — deciding what supplies to buy and how they look. We are the financial backbone of every department — sharp-eyed on reimbursements, blocking only the bugs, not your money. We are also the invisible guardian of every event — ensuring everything goes from idea to reality as smooth as butter. We don't stand in the spotlight, but we help every star shine. Wen Yue, the head of the Cultural and Sports Department. She has a wide range of interests and loves socializing.

The Student Affairs Department serves as the core bridge connecting the school, classes, and all MBA students, and it is also the "home base" that supports everyone's academic growth and comprehensive development.

We focus on academic depth and the cultivation of a strong learning atmosphere, striving to enhance MBA students' professional research abilities and overall competence, while building an efficient communication mechanism and a rich learning environment.

负责由MBA联合会组织的各类活动及其他对同学们有价值的活动的筹备辅助、宣传报道和及时呈现；负责新闻策划及宣传采访、各类活动的摄像摄影；负责新媒体运营、媒体关系维护、外校宣传联系、各项重大活动策划记录宣传、资料收集整理等工作；负责“宣传推广”专业化职能的模块化输出，为俱乐部赋能；负责宣传推广类相关社团俱乐部组织开发。

The Publicity Department is responsible for: assisting in the preparation, promotion, reporting, and timely presentation of various activities organized by the MBA Union and other activities of value to students; overseeing news planning, publicity interviews, and photography/videography for various events; managing new media operations, media relationship maintenance, external university liaison, documentation and coverage of major events, and the collection and organization of materials; providing modular output of the professional "publicity and promotion" function to empower clubs; and leading the organization and development of clubs and societies related to publicity and promotion.
