“八山一水一分田”这句俗语，精准勾勒出贵州的农业格局。数十年来，贵州农业始终面临着天气多变、地块分散、灾害风险高的困境。而5月7日上线的，由贵州省气象局生态农业气象中心自主研发的“黔小丰”小程序，将悄然改变这一现状，让传统“靠运气种地”转变为“用数据种地”。
Guizhou is a province where mountains define both the landscape and the way people farm. A long-used local saying describes its terrain as mostly mountains, with only limited land available for cultivation. For generations, this has made agriculture in Guizhou especially vulnerable to fragmented farmland, fast-changing weather and natural hazards.A new mini-program launched on May 7 is designed to help address those challenges. Developed by the Eco-agricultural Meteorological Center of Guizhou Provincial Meteorological Bureau, Qianxiaofeng uses artificial intelligence and meteorological data to provide farmers with more precise, field-level decision support.“黔小丰”是全国首个专注于气象为农服务的AI智能体，以轻量化小程序形式呈现。它面向政府部门、农业经营主体及广大农业从业者，提供地块级农情监测、灾害预警、农事建议、作物价格行情、气候溯源和气象灾害保险等一站式服务。The tool is described as China's first AI agent dedicated to meteorological services for agriculture. Available as a lightweight mini-program, it is designed for government departments, agricultural enterprises, cooperatives and individual farmers. Its services include field-level crop monitoring, weather-related disaster alerts, farming recommendations, crop price information, climate traceability and meteorological disaster insurance.贵州的喀斯特地貌将农田切割成细碎零散的地块，平均每户农户要管理近10块田地，单块面积不足0.067公顷，且多数分布在坡度超过25度的山坡上。加之当地立体气候显著，“十里不同天”的现象十分普遍，进一步加剧了农业生产的不确定性。气象灾害更是常年困扰当地农业，数据显示，贵州每年因干旱、冰雹、低温凝冻等气象灾害造成的农业损失超过10亿元，复杂地形还导致传统气象服务难以覆盖到每一块田地，服务“最后一公里”的盲区长期存在。Guizhou's karst terrain has divided much of its farmland into small, scattered plots. According to relevant data, an average farming household manages nearly 10 plots, each covering less than 0.067 hectares, with many located on hillsides steeper than 25 degrees. The province’s pronounced vertical climate also means that weather conditions can vary sharply over short distances, adding further uncertainty to agricultural production. Meteorological disasters have long posed another challenge. Data show that drought, hail, freezing rain and low-temperature events cause more than 1 billion yuan in agricultural losses in Guizhou each year. The province’s complex terrain also makes it difficult for conventional weather services to reach every field, leaving a persistent gap in last-mile agricultural support.“黔小丰”的诞生，正是针对贵州山地农业的核心痛点，以气象数据为基础、AI模型为核心，构建起精准化、个性化的为农服务体系。与传统气象服务不同，这款AI智能体实现了“地块级”精准服务，打破了以往气象预警“大而化之”的局限——用户只需在小程序上标注自家地块位置，AI就能自动匹配当地实时气象数据、历史气候规律和作物生长模型，实现“一块地一套服务方案”。Qianxiaofeng was created to address these core challenges in Guizhou's mountain agriculture. Built on meteorological data and AI models, it aims to provide more precise and personalized agricultural services. Unlike conventional weather services, which often issue broad alerts for larger administrative areas, the AI agent can deliver field-level support. After users mark the location of their fields in the mini-program, the system automatically matches each plot with real-time local weather data, historical climate patterns and crop growth models, generating a tailored service plan for that specific piece of land.其核心技术优势在于，AI模型经过专门针对贵州山地农业的场景训练，能够精准识别不同海拔、坡度地块的气象差异，甚至兼顾喀斯特地貌的蓄水保水能力，让服务更贴合当地实际。针对贵州常见的50余种农业气象灾害，“黔小丰”构建了专属预警模型，可提前3至7天推送精准到地块的灾害提醒，并同步给出可操作的防御建议，从源头降低灾害损失。Its key technical strength lies in scenario-based AI training for Guizhou's mountain agriculture. The model is designed to identify meteorological differences across plots at different elevations and slopes, while also factoring in the water storage and retention characteristics of karst terrain. This makes the service more closely aligned with local farming conditions. For more than 50 types of agricultural meteorological hazards commonly seen in Guizhou, Qianxiaofeng has built dedicated warning models that can issue field-level alerts three to seven days in advance, along with practical prevention and response recommendations to help reduce losses before hazards cause damage.“黔小丰”的服务并非局限于灾害预警，而是覆盖农业生产全周期，实现从“减损”到“增效”的全方位赋能。在核心功能上，地块级农情监测可实时反馈作物生长状况，结合气象数据预判生长趋势；农事建议模块会根据实时气象条件和作物生长阶段，自动生成播种、施肥、病虫害防治等具体指引，让农业生产更具科学性。Qianxiaofeng is not limited to early warning. Its services cover the full agricultural production cycle, supporting both risk reduction and efficiency gains. Among its core functions, field-level crop monitoring provides real-time feedback on crop growth and uses weather data to assess likely development trends. Its farming advice module generates specific recommendations on sowing, fertilization, pest and disease control and other fieldwork based on current weather conditions and crop growth stages, helping make agricultural production more science-based.对于农业经营主体而言，作物价格行情模块可实时更新全省乃至全国的农产品价格走势，为种植规划和销售谈判提供数据支撑；气候溯源功能则能记录地块全生产季的关键气象数据，生成权威溯源报告，助力茶叶、中药材等贵州特色农产品的品质认证和品牌打造。此外，小程序还整合了气象灾害保险服务，实现保险政策查询、报案理赔一站式办理，破解了山地农业定损难、理赔慢的痛点。For agricultural operators, the crop price module provides updated price trends for farm products in Guizhou and across China, offering data support for planting plans and sales negotiations. The climate traceability function records key meteorological data for each plot throughout the growing season and generates authoritative traceability reports. This can support quality certification and brand-building for Guizhou specialties such as tea and traditional Chinese medicinal herbs. The mini-program also integrates meteorological disaster insurance services, allowing users to check insurance policies, report losses and apply for claims in one place — a response to the long-standing difficulties of damage assessment and slow compensation in mountain agriculture.据测算，通过“黔小丰”的精准气象服务和科学农事指导，可帮助农业从业者减少30%以上的灾害损失，同时通过优化种植方案提升10%至15%的产量，真正实现“数据赋能农业”。“黔小丰”的上线，为贵州增添了一个更接地气的现代标签——让AI技术扎根田间地头，让大山里的农业从业者共享数字经济红利。According to project estimates, Qianxiaofeng’s precise meteorological services and science-based farming guidance could help agricultural producers reduce disaster-related losses by more than 30 percent, while optimized planting plans may raise yields by 10 to 15 percent. The launch of the mini-program gives Guizhou a practical new digital tool for agriculture: AI is no longer only a high-tech concept, but a service that can reach farmers working in mountain fields.从“看天吃饭”到“知天而作”，从经验种植到数据决策，“黔小丰”不仅改写着贵州山地农业的传统图景，更展现了中国西部省份用数字技术破解农业发展难题的生动实践。它没有宏大的叙事，却以务实的功能、精准的服务，让科技真正走进田间地头，成为推动农业高质量发展、助力乡村振兴的重要力量。By combining meteorological data, AI modelling and field-level services, Qianxiaofeng is reshaping how farming decisions are made in Guizhou’s mountain areas. It also offers a concrete example of how a western Chinese province is using digital technology to address real agricultural challenges. Rather than presenting technology as a distant concept, the mini-program shows its value through practical functions and targeted services — bringing smarter tools closer to farmers and supporting more resilient, efficient and modern agriculture.
