2026年4月23日，一年一度世界读书日，中国农业大学MBA读书会联合8大高校MBA读书会，组织发起“AI时代的阅读”主题直播图书分享活动。活动以人工智能领域书籍为分享脉络，结合MBA语境展开话题讨论，共同探索人工智能时代的阅读新范式。本次活动吸引超300人次的校内外同学、书友观看直播，引发同学间广泛讨论，有效拓宽了MBA读书会活动形式。On April 23, 2026, World Book Day, the MBA Book Club of China Agricultural University, in conjunction with MBA book clubs from eight other universities, organized a live-streamed book sharing event themed "Reading in the AI Era." The event focused on books in the field of artificial intelligence, incorporating discussions within an MBA context to explore new paradigms of reading in the age of AI. The event attracted over 300 viewers from both within and outside the university, sparking widespread discussion and effectively broadening the format of MBA book club activities.

问题从这里开始

当AI可以帮你总结一本书、提炼重点，甚至“替你读完”时，我们还需要阅读吗？这个问题，在今年世界读书日前，反复出现在中国农业大学MBA读书会的讨论中。我们逐渐意识到：这不该只是一次校内讨论，而应该是一场更大范围的对话。

When AI can summarize a book for you, extract key points, and even "read it for you," do we still need to read? This question repeatedly arose in discussions at the China Agricultural University MBA Book Club before World Book Day this year. We gradually realized that this shouldn't just be an internal campus discussion, but rather a broader dialogue.

随后，中国农业大学MBA读书会会长许传宝积极联系更多MBA院校，邀请南开大学、上海大学读书会，最终形成由中国农业大学、北京理工大学、北京师范大学、复旦大学、上海大学、南开大学、中国政法大学、西安电子科技大学八校MBA读书会组成的读书分享团，初步形成“图书分享 + 圆桌讨论”的直播活动流程方案，并确定了“AI时代的阅读”为本次活动主题。

Subsequently, Xu Chuanbao, president of our MBA Book Club, actively contacted more MBA programs, inviting book clubs from Nankai University and Shanghai University. Ultimately, a book-sharing group was formed, comprised of MBA book clubs from eight universities: China Agricultural University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing Normal University, Fudan University, Shanghai University, Nankai University, China University of Political Science and Law, and Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology. A preliminary plan for a live-streamed event combining "book sharing + roundtable discussion" was developed, and "Reading in the AI Era" was chosen as the theme for this event.

分享｜不同的书，相同的指向

On April 23, during the live-streamed sharing event, eight MBA students from different universities shared their reading experiences. These included "A Brief History of Intelligence," which discusses the evolution of intelligence; Kurzweil's futuristic work, "Closer to the Beginning"; and "AI Leadership: Nine Key Actions for Enterprise Digital Transformation,"

中国农业大学MBA读书会副会长刘艾歆以《软件体的生命周期》这本书为切入点，借科幻叙事探讨了AI伦理问题，提出了AI伦理的核心是确保技术符合人类价值观，在企业管理与产品开发视角下，AI伦理概念强调了企业在数据合规和AI产品开发全周期开发中不可忽视的责任。

Which explores human-machine collaboration. Liu Aixin, Vice President of the MBA Reading Club at China Agricultural University, used "The Lifecycle of Software Objects" as a starting point, employing science fiction narratives to discuss AI ethics. She proposed that the core of AI ethics is ensuring that technology aligns with human values. From the perspective of enterprise management and product development, the concept of AI ethics emphasizes the undeniable responsibility of enterprises in data compliance and the entire development lifecycle of AI products.

讨论｜把“问题”留在现场

在圆桌讨论环节，各校同学围绕“AI时代，我们为什么要阅读？” ，“AI时代，我们怎么阅读？” ，“AI时代读书会的价值是什么？”三个问题展开交流，凝聚出以下共识：AI技术浪潮下，阅读的价值在于深化思维、拓展视野和满足精神需求，AI可以加速获取信息，但无法替代深度思考和独立判断。而读书会的价值在于塑造良好氛围、促进思想交流和建立深厚友谊。AI时代反而可能让读书会更具价值，通过使用AI工具，成员可以更主动地精读和挖掘感兴趣的领域。

During the roundtable discussion, students from various schools exchanged views on three questions: "Why should we read in the AI era?", "How should we read in the AI era?", and "What is the value of book clubs in the AI era?". They reached the following consensus: In the era of AI technology, the value of reading lies in deepening thinking, broadening horizons, and satisfying spiritual needs. AI can accelerate information acquisition, but it cannot replace deep thinking and independent judgment. The value of book clubs lies in creating a positive atmosphere, promoting intellectual exchange, and building deep friendships. The AI era may actually make book clubs even more valuable, as members can more proactively delve into and explore areas of interest using AI tools.

从一次联动 到一种可能

这场八校读书会，对中国农业大学MBA读书会来说，并不是终点。更重要的是，让读书，不只是发生在一个学校内部，而是在更广阔的网络中持续连接人与人、观点与观点。在AI不断发展的时代，技术或许在加速一切，但阅读，依然可以让我们慢下来，想得更深一点。而对于我们而言，这样的阅读与讨论，也不仅仅是兴趣的延伸，这同样是对管理者核心能力的一种训练——在不确定与复杂信息中，形成有依据的判断与决策。无论是面对商业问题，还是组织协同，清晰的问题意识与批判性思维，往往比“快速给出答案”更为关键。向内扎根于思考，向外生长于链接。以书为桥，我们一直在路上。

This eight-university reading group is not the end for the China Agricultural University MBA Reading Group. More importantly, it allows reading to extend beyond a single university, continuously connecting people and perspectives within a broader network. In an era of rapidly developing AI, technology may be accelerating everything, but reading can still allow us to slow down and think more deeply. For us, this kind of reading and discussion is not merely an extension of interest; it is also a training ground for core managerial competencies—forming evidence-based judgments and decisions amidst uncertainty and complex information. Whether facing business problems or organizational collaboration, a clear problem awareness and critical thinking are often more crucial than "quickly providing answers."

Rooted in introspection, we grow outward through connections. With books as our bridge, we are always on the road.
