该项目依托5G技术、大数据、人工智能及无人机等前沿技术支撑，生动勾勒出未来农业的发展蓝图，是一个集生态旅游、产业示范与科技模式推广功能于一身的农业文旅标杆区域。鉴于此，在承接项目设计任务的初始阶段，设计师便确立了“Future ALL”的核心理念，即推动各环节全面迈向未来化，具体涵盖Future Agriculture（农业未来化）、Future Landscape（景观未来化）以及Future Life（生活未来化），旨在凸显尖端技术对物质生产领域的深刻变革。实际上，智能农业已历经多轮迭代升级。借助卫星对各类数据进行精准监测，依托显示屏实现农田的高效管理，广袤田野中仅可见各类自动化农业设备有序运转——愈发丰富的应用场景，促使人们逐步脱离传统土地劳作，推动未来农业加速步入高度无人化的生产格局。

这一进程，深刻改变了乡村的生活模式与大地风貌。从太空视角俯瞰地球，人类的农业发展历程，本质上是一部地表景观的持续变迁史。往昔的传统农业实践，孕育出与当时生产方式相契合的地表景观形态，并衍生出与土地生产紧密相连的生活范式。伴随现代农业的兴起，这些景观形态亦随之发生显著转变。凭借高效的网络连接，气象信息与田野数据能够在云端经由人工智能进行整合处理，并精准反馈至无人机，此类正逐步落地的生产模式，将重塑农业的全新地景格局——自动灌溉与收割系统、无人机作业轨迹等，促使传统自然农田的肌理，转变为由直线、方形、圆形、扇面等规则几何图形拼接而成的独特图案，这也构成了小镇农场规划总图中几何造型的设计源头。

This project is supported by cutting-edge technologies such as 5G, big data, artificial intelligence, and unmanned aircraft. It vividly depicts the blueprint for the future development of agriculture and is a benchmark area for agricultural tourism that integrates ecological tourism, industrial demonstration, and the promotion of technological models. Given this, at the initial stage of undertaking the project design task, the designers established the core concept of "Future ALL", which aims to drive all aspects to fully move towards the future, specifically covering Future Agriculture (agriculture in the future), Future Landscape (landscape in the future), and Future Life (life in the future), in order to highlight the profound transformation of advanced technologies in the field of material production. In fact, intelligent agriculture has undergone multiple rounds of iterative upgrades. By using satellites to accurately monitor various data and relying on display screens to achieve efficient management of farmland, only various automated agricultural equipment can be seen operating orderly in the vast fields - increasingly diverse application scenarios have prompted people to gradually move away from traditional land labor and accelerate the entry of future agriculture into a highly unmanned production model.

This process has profoundly changed the lifestyle and landscape of the countryside. From a perspective of space in orbit around the Earth, the history of human agricultural development is essentially a continuous history of changes in surface landscapes. The traditional agricultural practices of the past gave rise to surface landscape forms that were in line with the production methods of that time, and derived a lifestyle paradigm closely related to land production. With the rise of modern agriculture, these landscape forms also underwent significant changes. Through efficient network connections, meteorological information and field data can be integrated and processed by artificial intelligence in the cloud and precisely fed back to unmanned aircraft. Such production models that are gradually being implemented will reshape the new landscape pattern of agriculture - automatic irrigation and harvesting systems, unmanned aircraft operation trajectories, etc., transforming the texture of traditional natural farmland into unique patterns composed of straight lines, squares, circles, fan-shaped, and other regular geometric shapes, which also constitutes the design source of the geometric forms in the overall plan of the town farm.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

直线、同心圆与扇形等多样化的组合形式，顺应全新生产方式而诞生，兼具展示功能。游览栈道在规划设计中，对智能农耕展示区的范围予以界定，搭建起规划的整体框架与功能分区，智能化农田的技术展示性生产活动，便依托这一边界有序开展。

未来农业技术的迭代升级，将推动生产效率大幅提升，温饱问题已不再是人类生存的核心关切，取而代之的是生产与消费的过度亢进。未来的乡村生活，不能局限于对科技生产进步与物质消费增长的追逐，更应聚焦精神层面的重构，即对“未知”的探索与塑造。基于此，在实现物质自动化生产的场地内，一系列构筑物被精准布局于主要游览路线的关键节点。这些简约的形态，既契合地表几何特征，满足游客休憩需求，又彰显出一种超越人力的未知力量。

为唤起人们对未知力量的敬畏之情，相关构筑以“崇高Sublime”的形态予以呈现，作为“他者”，出现在人类凭借科技全力打造的生产场域里。这些构筑恰似源自远古的仪式殿堂，亦仿若跨越时空而来的外星造物，与未知的未来以及当下的生产场景开启深度对话。为更直观地凸显“未知”的特质，该系列构筑采用编号（OBJECT X）的形式命名，它们不存在被既定语义框定的称谓，偶尔附有简短的阐释，且并非单纯依赖视觉呈现，核心在于激发对未知的无限遐想。

The diverse combinations of straight lines, concentric circles, and sectors emerged in response to the new production methods and also serve as display functions. During the planning and design of the viewing walkway, the scope of the intelligent agricultural display area was defined, establishing the overall framework and functional zoning of the plan. The intelligent agricultural technology demonstration production activities were carried out in an orderly manner within this boundary.

The iterative upgrading of future agricultural technologies will significantly enhance production efficiency. The issue of food security is no longer the core concern for human survival; instead, the excessive expansion of production and consumption has emerged. The future rural life should not be limited to the pursuit of technological progress in production and the growth of material consumption, but should focus on the reconstruction of the spiritual level, namely the exploration and shaping of the "unknown". Based on this, in the areas where material automation production is realized, a series of structures are precisely arranged at key nodes along the main viewing routes. These simple forms not only conform to the geometric features of the ground surface, meet the needs of tourists' rest, but also demonstrate an unknown force beyond human power.

To arouse people's awe of the unknown force, these structures are presented in the form of "Sublime", as "others", appearing in the production field created by humans through technology. These structures are like ancient ritual temples, or like extraterrestrial creations that have crossed time and space, initiating a deep dialogue with the unknown future and the current production scene. To more vividly highlight the characteristics of the "unknown", this series of structures are named in the form of numbers (OBJECT X), they do not have pre-defined names, occasionally accompanied by brief explanations, and do not solely rely on visual presentation. The core lies in stimulating the infinite imagination of the unknown.

二、空间美学

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

自入口大门起步，规整的游览步道循着依托自动化生产模式勾勒的农田格局铺展，有序串联起诸多景观节点。步道体系与景观节点的建设，将依据总体规划平面图分阶段推进，从高空俯瞰，呈现的便是一期已完工区域，后续工程会依照总图规划逐步推进。

就构筑设计而言，以文字与画面所蕴含的诗意化意象，搭建起初始的设计思路，旨在探寻在人类顶尖科技生产场景中，物质的生产消费与精神内核之间可能存在的关联。这些构筑，承载着对科技、未来以及未知的诸多构想。入口大门借助变截面钢结构，塑造出向上挺拔的形态，同时打造出一条长达30米的人行通道，通道虽视觉上呈封闭状态，却能让日光倾洒而入。立柱与斜肋相互交织，构建出稳固的力学结构。作为入口标识，其开阔舒展的外观极

具标识性，寓意着万物初启、蓬勃生长；而当人们穿行其间，封闭的视觉感受与末端框景营造出的，是内敛沉静的氛围，蕴含着跨越、抵达彼岸的仪式感。

与常规乡村项目惯常采用在地材料及传统构造方法不同，此次设计统一运用了“非在地”的设计策略。项目选用现代工业材料，广泛运用具有强反射特性的镜面不锈钢，借助消隐结构或悬挑设计，凸显构筑物的悬浮质感，营造出充满未来感的诗意氛围。直径达24米的环形建筑体量，兼具回廊与祭坛的双重特质，仿若天外飞临之物，悬浮于广袤田野之上。其简约的造型，蕴含着跨越古今、层次丰富的解读空间。正因这般独特设计，赋予了它一种既熟悉又陌生、充满“未知”韵味的神秘气息。隐匿于周边环境的十二面旋镜，恰似十二道“门户”，稳稳托举着回廊顶部。方塔的光影会随时间流转，精准投射至不同方位的镜门。步入回廊，天空会被围合的空间所环绕。圆洞边缘的镜面，在夕阳西下之际，倒映着落日余晖，营造出人工打造的光环效果。光环的呈现，需契合特定季节的太阳入射角度，借助这些精心设计的巧思，搭建起人与超越人力范畴的力量之间的联结——在广袤的生产原野间，人类虽能掌控稻谷的生长，却也唯有静候阳光精准落入圆环，洒向大地，为万物生长注入能量。

Starting from the entrance gate, the orderly hiking path follows the layout of the farmland delineated by the automated production model and stretches out, sequentially connecting numerous scenic spots. The construction of the path system and the landscape nodes will be carried out in stages according to the overall planning layout. From a high-altitude perspective, what is presented is the completed area of the first phase. The subsequent projects will be gradually advanced in accordance with the overall planning.

In terms of architectural design, the poetic imagery contained in the text and the visuals have been used to build the initial design concept, aiming to explore the possible connections between the production and consumption of materials and the spiritual core in the top-level technological production scenarios of humans. These constructions carry many conceptions of technology, the future, and the unknown. The entrance gate, with its variable cross-section steel structure, shapes an upwardly upright form, while also creating a 30-meter-long pedestrian passage. Although the passage visually appears closed, it allows sunlight to pour in. The columns and inclined ribs interweave to form a stable mechanical structure. As the entrance sign, its open and expansive appearance is highly distinctive, symbolizing the beginning of all things and vigorous growth; while when people walk through it, the closed visual experience and the framed scenery at the end create an introverted and calm atmosphere, containing the sense of crossing and reaching the other shore.

Unlike the conventional rural projects that usually adopt local materials and traditional construction methods, this design uniformly employs a "non-local" design strategy. The project selects modern industrial materials and extensively uses mirror stainless steel with strong reflective properties. Through hidden structures or cantilever designs, the suspended texture of the construction is highlighted, creating a poetic atmosphere full of futurism. The circular building volume with a diameter of 24 meters has both the characteristics of a corridor and an altar, as if it has descended from the sky, suspended above the vast fields. Its simple shape contains a cross-temporal and rich interpretation space. Due to this unique design, it gives it a mysterious atmosphere that is both familiar and strange, full of "unknown" charm. The twelve-sided rotating mirrors hidden in the surrounding environment are like twelve "doors", firmly supporting the top of the corridor. The light and shadow of the square tower will precisely project onto different directions of the mirror doors. Entering the corridor, the sky will be surrounded by the enclosed space. The mirror surface at the edge of the round hole, when the sun sets in the west, reflects the sunset glow, creating an artificial halo effect. The appearance of the halo requires matching the specific seasonal solar incidence angle and relies on these carefully designed ingenious thoughts to build a connection between humans and the power beyond human capabilities - in the vast production fields, although humans can control the growth of rice, they can only wait for the sunlight to fall precisely into the circle and spread onto the earth, injecting energy into the growth of all things.
